Default Need healp changing position of lead tape in handle!

At the moment i have 4.5 grams in 2 layers at the end of the racquets handle. They counter balance 15.8 grams at 6/9 in 8 strips of .25 inch thick 10 cm lengths.. I want to move the weight in the handle further up to increase flex as well as increasing static weight too.

Any one got any ideas on how to do this?

What do you mean the end of the handle? The end of the racquet yeah? "In general, adding weight (to) the butt will make a racquet flex more, while adding weight to the upper handle will make it feel a little stiffer." If it's right down the end of the butt, thats the most flex you will get from the setup according to travelrajm, moving it up will increase stiffness.

Someone wrote on another thread on this forum that putting the lead tape at the very bottom of the handle - by the butt - will reduce power due to the flexing and reaction of the hand after it hits the ball. That you need to move the lead tape up at least two inches or so from the butt not to lose power. Do you agree?

Where on the handle is the best place to put lead tape. This assumes you want to put at least a little lead tape on the handle to partially counterbalance some of the lead tape that you put on the head of the racket at 3 and 9.

What if someone uses an overgrip? How will this affect things, as to how much lead tape to put on the handle and where to put it?
