Had a 2 hour run on Saturday (6 am). Nice and cool, as opposed to the evening heat which is around 40C/100F.
However, the moment i finished my run, i found i could not raise my right shoulder. The pain was sharp and severe. I think it's the same spot i injured many years back while playing tennis. I think I iced it that night or the next night and the icing helped. Otherwise i was holding my arm and moving it about with the left arm.
Scary, because during the last few short runs, I've been dropping my right hand since the shoulder was "tiring". And that usually should not happen for short runs.
I had hoped to reach about 2.5 or almost 3 hours by this time, but i am stuck at 2:00. And the last 30 mins or so are really tough. So i am thinking of not doing more than 80 or 90 minutes now. Such a shame, i can barely do a half marathon
My legs were fine, though, during and after the run, no fatigue, but the body was sort of drained in the last 30 mins.
