Which paintjob are you referring to? At the end of her "Dunlop days" she used an extended 400 IIRC.She has a history of using 105s when she was with Dunlop...
It looks like PD+ OS to me...

That's an interesting view that appeared few times... However, the only real point of reference is a person's head vs racquet. People who studied anatomy, or art, know that head size is not directly proportional to person's height. The painters' cannon used to be 7 heads in height for average person, 8 heads for tall person. Now, look at a pic of standing Cibulkova, it might appear as 6 heads, as opposed to Isner, at least 9 heads.Cibulkova is so tiny that PS85 probably looks oversized compared to her.
I actually think Pliskova's PD is OS because Pliskova is a big/tall girl and her frame still looks massive.

It is interesting to know, tho. Because there was a time back in the middle 2000's when the 104-105 square inch rackets were more prevalent in the top tier of the sport.
Any time a Williams' sister played Cibulkova, Jankovic or Bartoli and that happened quite a lot.. that was the size of the hoops.
When did she switch?

I think so, too. She did use the Volkl http://www.tennis.com/gear/2011/03/gear-talk-qa-dominika-cibulkova/38726/ Classic MP, may have been the DNX version, which is 102 before Dunlop. I don't know if it was custom/what weight was added.I think Cibulkova is using the 100. She's not just small for a tennis player, she's pretty small in standard terms.
It's a bit like when I watch Karlovic. His racquet looks like a 90 in his hands, which I'm sure it isn't.
When did she switch? I don't think it's a longbody; if you look closely there's just a bit of butt showing below her hand which seems to confirm this.

I also see zero issues with her "frame", I mean granted it is a smaller "frame" than I tend to "use" with most of my girlfriends being over 5'10", but it's packed perfectly.I like her frame

As opposed to lead in the butt? But many believe that silicon in the butt improves feel and heft.

Looks a little bottom heavy. Typical of most player's frames.

She uses the 5" extension regularly, of the court.Personally, I have no issues with that much head light frame. In this case I would prefer extended length though.
