Istomin has been very solid, not overhitting, but neutralising Novak - who has been quite passive and has made more UEs than normally. Istomin has decided to enjoy the occasion, I think. Novak has been a little subpar and a little grumpy and is still not accepting Istomin´s level. I thought Istomin deserved to win the 1st set, he had the initiative.

That Post-French Open Djokovic is creeping in again.
I still think he'll win this whole tournament but even after beating Murray in Doha I'm still not convinced Ultron has returned, this is a regressed version still worthy of a number 1 ranking lol.

I'm starting to think that the Doha final was a bit of an experiment from Murray. He wanted to see if he could fight back, which he did in the 2nd set, and didn't care if he won or lost after that.

Dolgo bringing out some serve and volley against Monfils. Gael returning far back giving Dolgo some easy volleys. Think he's 11/13 points from the net. Of course he's down a set...but is up 3-0 with one break in the 2nd. Fun match to watch so far, but I can see that Novak is in a decent bit of trouble so that's where most people's attention is.
