I do not need a racquet to generate power for me. However, my arm did twinge a bit more than normal after switching to my new LM Radical OS during a 3 setter the other night. Is there a lower power racquet with a narrow beam that sacrifices some "ball feedback" for a much more dampened feel? My favorite dampened handle I've played with is the Dunlop Super Revelation with ISIS handle. The Dunlop players racquets, however, don't come with this. I don't want to be "punished" by mishits with arm ache. Or, would simply adding weight to the Radical help this? I added a balanced 1/2 ounce last night, and may add more if it feels good hitting against a wall this afternoon.
This is with the stock strings, so maybe a softer string also? Has anyone else felt some pain with the LM Rad?
I played quite well with it.
