Serena forehand feeds into Bianca's hitting zone, Bianca actually has trouble with the low balls but there aren't many of them.

Andreescu is on fire. If her level doesn't drop she will be holding that trophy after this set. Serena serving at 50% has no chance in this. She has been totally outclassed so far and if she can't lean on her serve, then it's lights out.

Sharapova had power but Serena always put an end to that.

Kerber had great defense and awkward shots.

Halep had great defense but not the same power Bianca has. And she certainly isnt comfortable at net and doesn't have the variety.

Bianca is showing mental fearlessness, power, and court IQ. Her point construction is amazing. So refreshing to not see the typical ball bashing.

Her 1st serve percentage is going down because Bianca is returning well. Her returns are going deep and forcing Serena to go for more.

Nobody has ever absorbed and returned Serena's serve this consistently.

She walks on court like that all the time. She has the worst body language you'll ever see. It takes a big point in a big moment before she really lets out a roar and gets going.

But when the opponent is dominating the majority of the points, there's no opportunity for a big point.

It's obnoxious but at the same time it's interesting to see Serena playing against another "alpha" type of personality. It's probably her way of showing that she's not going to be intimidated by anything Serena does, including Serena's roaring grunts/come on's on big points.

She lost her last three slam finals in straight sets. Not surprising.

She could if she actually lost 20 pounds. She’s out of shape. She will lose everytime she faces a player that can push her around the court.

Sharapova has one of the best backhands in women's tennis history.

But she never could slice like Bianca. And she doesn't absorb pace on backhand like Bianca.

Very fascinating to watch. Bianca can absorb pace on the run very well without losing key positioning.
