I see the WWE cruiserweight title is now called NXT cruiserweight title.

Saw some of AEW. They will not bring in casual fans. Most of them look like Indy guys. But, a lot of WWE guys look that way as well. So if they are going for the smark crowd that’s good. I think the last real star was Cena. It’s a niche form of entertainment now. Those that are hoping for another boom period are probably going to be disappointed.

Billy was pretty good. Found the perfect character and partner for him. Don't think he had the mic skills to make it as high as he did on his, but Road Dogg covered for his shortcomings. And the dud is just big and strong which always helps. They need more big strong athletic guys.

Having Tyson Fury and Cain Velasquez doing the same angle pretty much. Yes, I'm wondering why they use both on the same show. . In that ol game I play, I'd never let them share the wealth. I'd have them both making 100%. I guess it was one of those it had to be done now deals.
I did mark out for Tyson Fury. No idea he was coming. Cain was heavily speculated so that wasn't a surprise.

I have no problem with kofi going out like that. Everyone knew he was losing to Brock why tease it. And if they had Cain ready to go for Saudi show why not. Wouldn't surprise me if Cain beats Brock and they try to run it back at Mania kinda how the GBerg thing went down.

My HIAC I was in and out for the most part. Sahsa and Becky had a good match. I have figured Becky out she is a good enough mic worker to let the stars (Charlotte, Sasha, Asuka, Bayley, The Rock) carry her. She is good enough to be in the mix but has yet to carry a match like the all time greats could.
Rowan and Harper just make sense together, now if they could only stay healthy for an extended period of time. Spend over year making fun of fans and telling them how stupid they are and all it takes to go face again is to hug Roman. I get it but I don't have to like it. Bryan should have had to do more, but that storyline sucked and needed to be done anyway.
Orton showed how to put a guy over and still win. Not sure if Ali has the mic skills to be at the top but in this world of 180 lbers being champ he is as good as any from a wrestling standpoint. Now they need to set him up for success like they did with Seth.
Decent Womens tag match, hopefully Asuka and Sane get some time to shine which they might after the brand split again.
The ref calls a DQ cus a couple dudes on the same team interferred. That doesn't happen much anymore.
Once I was tired of the 24/7 title because all that was happening was random rollups they at least had a fun segment and belt wound up in the hands of the rightful and worthy champion. They could still have a match for it from time to time.
King Corbin and Shorty Gable work well together but this is the kind of fued that cant drag on forever.
The Queen is back on top. Maybe we get Sasha and Bayley vs Kabuki feud going forward. Aside from Flair that has the star power. Not sure who opposes Flair if that happens though. Maybe Bazler finally comes up from NXT?
Main Event the red light was pretty cool for a different effect. But WTF was that. If Rollins beats everyone clean and Fiend takes like 50 stomps, and 5000 chair shots and doesnt get phased how is supposed to ever legit lose to anyone? That was terrible.

King Corbin started calling him "Shorty Gable" so when Gable won he just owned the name and I think is going to use it going forward.
I don't shorty long, but I know im not the biggest fan of gable mainly because im such a huge fan of corbins and think he should be above making fun of peoples heights.

Scarlet from a distance is quite the looker. Once you get up close you notice how busted that face is. Not sure how they hide that in HD.
Saw her a while back at a MCW event and maybe it was becuase she was in an intergender match but it was not very good. I'll giver her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe the MCW TV champ she was wrestling was not very good which made her look bad. And not working with the guys before they may have been extra cautious as all the high spots (Canadian destroyer mainly) had ample set up time. That entire MCW event aside from the about 3 matches was like that to be fair.
NXT women have some serious athletes and she didn't strike me as a particularly good one. She should be able to find a niche and she does have a following so its not a terrible signing.

Tyson Fury is just such a great person for WWE to pull in. Smart move by the Saudis to pay him. And good on Fury to actually mix it up a bit. Braun was quite good on the mic.
Rusev flipping out at the guys laughing at him more than flipping out about his wife leaving him is funny. I don't like the infedlity angles because I you just sorta know its not true. Maybe that's why the Jarrett Angle stuff worked so well in TNA at the time. And anything with Macho Man and whoever he thought was trying to steal Elizabeth from him. You have jealous eyes is still on of the best things any wrestler has ever said to another one.

Then we've had things like Mr T vs Piper, Lennox Lewis walking Bulldog to the ring and Floyd Mayweather earning 20 million (wink wink) to face Big Show in a super effort from a non wrestler. Credit to Big Show as well. Nothing can compare to Mike Tyson. I am happy to see Tyson Fury in there. Will check out the segment later.

Tessa had some matches in NXT beat Alexa once and lost to Jax. She was also in the Mae young thing and lost to Kairi. Have not seen any of here matches so cant really comment on her actual abilities. Figure with dad being a horseman they can rave about her being a 2d or 3rd generation superstar.
At one point she was with Richochet and may have had someone on the inside to put in a good word. But with Ricochet seeing that ninja warrior chic she has to rely on dad.

I give Mero a lot of credit, didn't complain and put his push on hold to put his wife over. Then the wife leaves him for Brock. I was watching a Mero interview and he mentioned that and said "what I was gonna do, fight him?"
Sable is proof skinny, blonde, and huge boobs (real or fake) get you a long way in this world. Aside from her looks, man was she bad.
