If you are interested in random low level tennis stories, check out the ATP challenger feed and watch Juan Pablo Varillas, a 24 year old Peruvian, try to make it 12 consecutive victories and 2 consecutive challenger titles. He won his maiden challenger title at Campinas last week and is now in a "super" challenger final in Santo Domingo a week later.

Another Peruvian tennis player Luis Horna did the same in 2002 when he won 2 challengers in a row (Furth and Weiden in Germany) that year Horna won 3 challenger. I hope Juan Pablo will win the Lima Challenger, now he is 161 ATP!!!

The page that I posted, but it's already over. I don't think there's a way to watch them on replay (which is a crying shame).
Thanks, there used to be another site though where they played live Challenger matches around the clock.

From what I understand, Lima is his next destination. Cristian Garin pulled off that triple last year (Campinas, Santo Domingo, Lima). It'd be quite a feat to see it done two years in a row. And Garin is now a top-40 player, so things to come??
