Tazo. Zen, Green, English Breakfast, Earl Gray, Mint, Passionfruit, Orange and a few others. These are provided at my office. I usually mix Mint with either English, Zen, Green or Earl.

It's a traditional Japanese style made of a fine powder of ground green tea leaves, and usually made from special leaves.

I love matcha. I get aroused just looking at that photo of matcha!
It looks more like a bowl of pea soup. However, curiosity has gotten the better of me. Tomorrow I might source some, and if it turns out to be as horrendous as I suspect it’s going to be, you and I will be having words, Mr Bulgakov.

I don’t understand why everyone doesn’t drink a lovely cup of Assam, like my good self. Strong and malty, and the perfect cup to dunk biscuits in to whilst I pretend to work.

What type of tea do you drink? I think this is a very important topic of discussion.

green tea's the best, but any tea ok for me:love::love::love::love::love::love::love:...................only 1 cup of coffee in morning for the daily smooth/complete/fast/explosive/valuable data uploading to the sewage network:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D................

Why is what I drink not on the list? I like my tea with darjeeling or srilankan powder - usually second pass, boiled in milk (half a cup) and water (another half) with finely grated ginger and a teaspoon of sugar. I allow it to boil for a minimum of 5 minutes and allow it to say still for another couple of minutes with a closed lid to allow all the flavours to seep in perfectly.

Where's the option for 'green'? I've been drinking nothing else (tea-wise anyway) for the last 12 years.

I don't drink tea anymore, but I must say the pure Japanese matcha green tea was delicious. It goes well as an ice cream and other delicacies. You can use matcha powder as an ingredient for all sorts of food, such as cakes, cookies, smoothies, biscuits, etc.

I went to a place that used the matcha powder to make like smoothies/milk teas and ice cream. It was interesting, but I didn't really care for it.

You all need your eyes tested. There is an option for green, white and iced teas. ;)
I ordered some Matcha tea from TeaPigs today. I am prepared to be underwhelmed, as powdered tea ain’t tea in my book.

@MurraysMetalHip What's weird about not liking hot drinks? Personally, I'm not a big hot beverage person. Maybe if it's really cold out, I'll have a hot chocolate or hot tea, but it's pretty rare. I prefer my drinks to be chilled.

A lovely hot drink is super satisfying, and that includes hot chocolate and mulled wine at Christmas. I treat anyone who doesn’t like hot drinks of any description with a degree of suspicion. You say you like the occasional hit chocolate or tea, so that’s fine by me. You are not weird.

Earl Grey, Green tea (the seasonal stuff is great), different herbal/fruit infusions that we get at tea shops or pick ourselves in the woods.

Green tea and Earl Grey Breakfast and vanilla Rooibos without milk.

Edit : I used to drink cheaper generic blends which needed milk and some sugar to be palatable.
