Kyrgios’ abnormal obsession with Djokovic continues

Kyrgios’ Novak Djokovic obsession takes a bizarre turn

He reportedly turned up to Serbia’s doubles tie against France which included Djokovic and Viktor Troicki pairing up against Nicolas Mahut and Eduard Roger-Vassellin and openly jeered at the Serbian teams efforts and staunchly supported the French team with a gang of friends with him. They all left when the Serbians went up 9-3 in the third set tie break.

This is just weird honestly. Why does he keep trying to pester the man? It’s obvious Djokovic doesn’t give a ****, what enjoyment could Nick possibly gain from doing this if his main goal to **** off Novak and get a reaction isn’t even working?

There have been LOTS of players attending other matches and cheering for whoever they want to win. That's not the only doubles match I've seen Nick at. Do you have video of Nick heckling Djokovic, because I was at that match and didn't see it. What I did see was almost continual disgraceful behaviour from Djokovic fans, which the single unsubstantiated and anonymous social media poster who claims Nick was heckling strangely failed to notice.

I’d love Novak and Nick to play in AO!!
Revenge time!!
Ghost, why would you want Djokovic to advance since that means he's still in the draw and likely to meet Nadal in the final? Whereas in a Rafa-Nick final, #20 is almost guaranteed for Nadal. With a Djokovic-Nadal final, it's likely #20 will have to wait for Rafa. I would strongly assume most Rafa fans would be rooting for Nick if he and Novak met in a semifinal with Rafa waiting in the final. They would be fools not to root for Nick under those circumstances. Always take the weaker opponent in a final. Nick is a lot weaker (a lot!) than Djokovic at the AO.

I am almost certain Kyrgios will be on Nadal's side. They will likely keep their top guy away from the fav for the title as long as possible.
Nothing would surprise me anymore, Hitman. Some others on Twitter were saying the same thing yesterday. The hype from their 2019 Wimbledon encounter didn't live up to its billing and I doubt a rematch will either. Nadal in his current form takes out Nick in straights unless Nick has the serving day of his life.

I am not sure with Nick's mentality to be honest. He doesn't go deep enough to meet these guys, but I do think they will keep him away from Djokovic here, because of Novak's record in Melbourne, you don't feed your home grown player to the most dangerous player of the event early on, you try to keep them far apart.

Oh, I’d love Rafa to take on Nick!! But Rafa had his revenge! I bet Novak would love that too!! Novak is like that ;)
I bet Rafa fans would want Nick to beat Novak so easier for Rafa. But that wasn’t my initial thought. I love a good vendetta.
The reason why so many Fed fans like Nick so much is because they hope he is going to beat Djokodal and save them from winning slams.
I don’t think Nick will beat Novak anyway and it’s other players that have a bigger chance, I just wish revenge for Novak. Nick is such a disrespectful brat.

No offense Hitman, but I personally don't see what is the logic of that. Djokovic should, like any other player, have a normal draw. If Kyrgios is in his draw, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Does it not rub you wrong what he’s been trying to do to Novak? It’s not even a rivalry it’s just insanely creepy to me at this point.

Kyrgios has done plenty of really, really stupid stuff that rubs me the wrong way .. but I was at the match that is the subject of this thread and saw nothing but a player watching the best doubles player in the world. This whole discussion is about an unsubstantiated social media comment by a Djokovic fan who completely misrepresented other events that take place at that match, but all the fan boys jump on it like it's fact.

Half???
Even that's insulting for novak.
I'd say 2%, and even that's stretching it imo

Check out the AO facebook page, scroll down. Rafa is the most posted played pre AO20. If there is any player they will help it is Rafa. But I am not sure it is fixed draws anyway!! Novak also get some attention. Federer seem more or less forgotten in the pre AO20 posts.

Can't wait for a possible meeting between Novak and Nick if Serbia gets to play Australia! :p

I'd say that's unlikely for a few reasons. Firstly, if Australia beat GB, they will likely play Spain in the semis. Secondly, Serbia have to beat Russia to advance to the final and given how much trouble they've had with weaker opponents, that seems unlikely. Thirdly, de Minaur would have to be out for Djokovic to play Kyrgios. Millman has been amazing, but I don't see him playing singles in the final.

When Plato originated this definition of man as a "featherless biped," Diogenes burst into Plato's academy holding a plucked chicken and declared "Behold a man!"

Plato revised his definition shortly afterward.

Nice! I did not know that! People saying many strange things, including well known philosophers. We are only humans after all ;)

How dangerous is Djoker at the AO when he lost to Istomin and Chung in back to back years?

You have been taken to school and you still come back with an effort to save whatever you have left of your now completely compromised thread?

The fact that I don't even know what you're trying to say completely dissolves any bit of credibility you think you may have.

He is pretty talented. He can smack the hell out of the forehand, has good touch at the net, and is a nightmare for Fedalovic.
Gotta have a decent amount of talent to do bugger all training and able to come out and beat top 5 players on his day. In contrast, the low talent Zverev we can see doesn't get away with a low amount of training...

So, you think that because you are confused you can influence the credibility of the people just by (not) thinking about it?

If you don't understand what I said, better get back to those posts that dissolved the fake news in your OP.

Because he knows that for all his talent and posturing, he will never be half the man Novak Djokovic is. Because he's not prepared to suffer for it the way Djokovic did.
I too would suffer if I could not eat a slice of pizza

I've never seen anybody more obsessed with tennis players than Nick Kyrgios....
Why not be obsessed with basketball players instead?
He pretends to like basketball more than tennis, but its just an excuse for when he loses :)
