Just imagine if Hallmark made a movie of this threat, starring Delicious Dali and Handsome Hunkreshs, it would be the greatest chick flick of all time, and the greatest tear jerker ever surpassing Gone with the Vindaloo and Hachiko but luckily for us Hallmark doesn't make movies with gender fluid stars.

Evening at the PF Chang's toilet stalls is always a tear jerker when Sureshs is starring.

I had cheese curd at an Irish pub yesterday. Actually, a battered and fried version of it. Never knew about this before.

@Sentinel @Azure @Sunny Ali Cheese curd seems to be a lighter fluffier version of paneer. What I mentioned above might be described as "cheese curd pakoras."

Machaan ... never heard of it. Otha okkali, paneer is too heavy for me. Is cheese curd light or is it just like paneer ... very tasty but heavy?

Opposite - it is very light. I prefer it to paneer which is too heavy for me. It is slightly salty. But I think it cannot be added to a curry on its own without battering and frying, unlike paneer. It will fall apart. And when battered and fried, it has to be consumed as is. I don't think it can be added to curry gravy and eaten with rice or naan.
