Post Pictures of Your Apparel!

I would wear all my tennis clothes. Years ago, I used to play everyday whether it was for a pickup game, league or a tournament. But between all my military moves and having kids, I only had chances to play every once in a while.

The clothes with tags are only from the 2010. I was actually stationed in Italy at that time and the Nike tennis sleevelesses were only available in Europe. I would buy them when I see them in the stores. Then two more moves later, storage bin after storage bin, my tennis clothes eventually all got lost in the mix.

Fast forward to today and we're spending still trying to purge all the closets in the house and finish emptying bins and boxes. My wife had an easier time getting rid of most of her tennis wardrobe. I am still going through bins like these:

Impressive that you have managed to actually transfer all that stuff everywhere you went, to even end up still having it in the first place.

I was curious, as that sort of meticulous photography and arrangement to what looks like new items is more typical for collectors, but then again these things accumulate over time and at some point become pointless clutter, if one doesn't use them, which is why I asked.

My favorite sleeveless collection: Summer (Paris) 2008 and the 2008 Olympic sleeveless from the Fall. A shame the logo smeared.

Between 2006 and 2008, Nike really messed up with whatever material they used for the Swoosh and various decals. So many of them melt if not kept in perfect climates. I had to replace the swoosh on so many of mine. In some cases I even washed the inferior swoosh off and replaced it before it had a chance to melt and start sticking to everything.

Heat transfer materials will not last forever.
if you keep those long period of time without using, it becomes sticky and melting.
I usually put new logo over old swoosh. It will prevent to melting or smeared then ruining apparels.
I just did 20+ new logos someone’s fed polos between 2006-15.

Just curious, how does wearing the clothes make the transfer materials last longer?

wash inside out (hand wash might be better but it will be too much) and hang dry but some of materials are too weak since it's not stretchable material.
if fabric is stretchable material, stretchable heat transfer material is needed. otherwise, logos will crack after a few washes.
if logos fail, redo it instead of throughout those.

Last Roland Garros, Rafa was supposed to wear Laser crimson/(White) [672] accessories. However, it was obvious from his first match the wristbands did not exactly match the rest of the kit. They had the Black swoosh instead of the White one, and the main color was definitely different from the Laser crimson bandana. Yesterday I believe I finally found the actual colorway he wore: Coral pink/(Black).

My current Rafa hat collection. 1 cap - [398224-110] White/Black/(Total orange) from the HO11 collection - is missing from the picture as it is still waiting for shipment from a US storage unit.

Very nice collection! You make me want to dig the rest of my gear out of storage also. Keep 'em coming!

Do you perhaps know what the Nike product code for White/Black/(Light wild mango) Rafa bull logo hat is? It was released for Wimbledon '10. Since it is predominantly White, it has to be 398224-1xx (perhaps even 398224-10x), however, I am not sure about the last 2 digits. I have the hat (even 2) but I got them Used (alas, no tags).

The Nike color codes for white are normally 100 or 101. Since the hat is an accessory, it might vary to even include a letter in the code. If I come across any of my white Rafa Bull Featherlight caps, I'll check for a tag.

I got this in the 90's and it's been sitting in my drawer forever (I was a huge Agassi fan). Trying to remember when/where he wore it but google didn't help much. Looked on the bay and saw one that sold a long time ago.
Any ideas? Is it rare/worth anything?
