Would like to see Felix A.A. win his first title.

The sad part, however, is that the second Andy R. (Andrey Rublev, that is) has won the same number of title matches (8) as FAA has lost. Maybe that will relieve some of the pressure?

It doesn't matter, I guess, as Humbert has the mini-break in tie-break.

I really like Felix as a person, I've seen him several times at Indian Wells, he's always polite and low key. Respectful of past champions and humble about his own progress. But I just can't get into his game and I hate the grunting. The only player I can watch with any interest who grunts is Rafa. But I hope FAA has a great career, he'd be a worthy ambassador for tennis.

This segment is 2 years old, but shows Felix's personality:

Me too but maybe the lost finals are getting to him, today he had opportunities to win and played poorly the crutial points.

We won't see Felix collect his first tour-level singles title tomorrow, but he will have a shot at winning his second doubles title with Hurkacz. I like how both have used their doubles experience to diversify and improve their singles games.

Yes, I partially blame the Felix Slump on dumping Hurkacz. Now that the dynamic duo is back together again, the winning continues.

I just really have no idea how Benneteau never won a single title. Far worse players have manage to snag a title. He really was super French damn.

As for FAA, I kind of want to see how long this streak goes on for.

He has come too close to Benneteau's record to not break it IMO. It has to happen.

To see someone go 0-10 or 0-11 in finals losing all in straights would be one of the crazier things I've seen.

This kid works hard, is humble and is improving. Net game and volley skills are getting better. Drop shots/change of pace skills improving.

He’s 0-8 in finals and hoping he wins his first at Noventi Open.
He deserves nothing, just because of that belated, aggravating grunt he does.

I would prefer he continues losing all finals throughout his career, but remains in the top 20

Hopefully finishing his career like 0-27 in finals
