This kid works hard, is humble and is improving. Net game and volley skills are getting better. Drop shots/change of pace skills improving.
He’s 0-8 in finals and hoping he wins his first at Noventi Open.
I'm not super invested in him, but yeah, he needs to get off this finals schneid.
Have faith in the NG, he will get to 0-9. Give the guy some time.At least he won’t go 0-9…for now
Did not do it! LOL! Ugo took it in 3 sets! Maybe FAA will do it on the big stage, the big “W”!Yes! Can he get past Humbert, first?
Might be Cedric Pioline. 0-9 before winning his first. Then he won 5 of his last 8 finals. What is the record for most finals lost in a row before your first final win?
Does FAA hold that record?

We won't see Felix collect his first tour-level singles title tomorrow, but he will have a shot at winning his second doubles title with Hurkacz. I like how both have used their doubles experience to diversify and improve their singles games.
I think Julien Benneteau has Cedric beat by 1. He was 0-10 in his first 10 finals.
I really like Felix as a person, I've seen him several times at Indian Wells, he's always polite and low key. Respectful of past champions and humble about his own progress. But I just can't get into his game and I hate the grunting. The only player I can watch with any interest who grunts is Rafa. But I hope FAA has a great career, he'd be a worthy ambassador for tennis.
This segment is 2 years old, but shows Felix's personality:
Bad lossWell, he lost again in Halle
He deserves nothing, just because of that belated, aggravating grunt he does. This kid works hard, is humble and is improving. Net game and volley skills are getting better. Drop shots/change of pace skills improving.
