He has inspired me to pursue endeavours other than watching tennis
He's inspired me to take toilet breaks to change clothes, reset, meditate, nap and take big dumps. It really helps to focus on the next set.

Oh dear. Is Petchey on the payroll to be so....pompous?

So your kids would be losers. He's an excellent example of how not to behave when competing. Show him to young kids who are training and say simply, "don't be like this guy."

He’s the only slam winner this year, so “don’t be like this guy” doesn’t help your kids much, does it?Right, because Novak is the only winner in sports? Even Novak would tell you he acts like a little crybaby on the court.

The only crybaby here is you.Why would I want my kids to be miserable, nasty and ill tempered when competing lol? Djokovic is a great tennis player but as I said, even he would tell you he acts like a little crybaby on the court.

He never stops and made the necessary changes to his lifestyle and game to prolong his career despite most of the tennis world (at least crowds) always being against him. He took care of himself physically whereas Nadal never changed his game up despite old lady feet and flabberer never got into tip top shape which is why Djoker carries on and the other two are done
Honestly, you sound like you're pretty miserable. You know there's a problem when you're complimentimg Federer and Serena, two players you notoriously dislike, to have a go at Djokovic. RG really messed you up didn't it?
@Sunny014 very disappointed in you.Wow, Sunny014, I like this gracious side of you. (sincerely)
Maybe off court. But on the court he is not very positive at all.Djokovic is a good example to follow for overall well being, fitness and health. If everybody followed Djokovic's example, the world, including you, would be full of healthy and positive people...the way the nature intended human beings to be.

Nah, jk, there are some positive things about Djoker. The fact that he usually deals with crowd disrespect and very rarely says negative things about them is pretty tough to mentally do. I know I wouldnt be able to hold back and not go off on them.
Sounds the opposite. Your constant whining makes you extra sad.I've never been happier. Djokovic fans have been receiving spankings from me because Djokovic fans replaced Federer fans as the most arrogant group on the forum. I enjoy brining them back to reality.
He's been on Djoker's payroll for a long time. When calling ANY match he spends the whole time singing Djoker's praises imploring people to like him because he is super human, the best at everything bla bla bla. He calls Djoker nothing bu the World #1.Oh dear. Is Petchey on the payroll to be so....pompous?

He's the world number 1, and calling him world number 1 is called telling the truth. How's telling the truth bias and propoganda?Sad that such bias and propaganda exists in pro commentating.
Novak is the world number 1 and has been for the longest time ever. Go being sour grapes somewhere else. He's been on Djoker's payroll for a long time. Don't guess check the facts.Nadal shot his entire payload on the Federer in the 2000s, he was an injured man playing tennis 2010s with a lot of wear and tear, on a constant decline from 2011, his way of playing cause this.
Most teenage prodigies burnout and became trash by their mid 20s but Nadal played till 35, that in itself is a big thing for him. He should thank his doctors who supply him the healthy medicines for a long career
He is saying that we have to root for Djokovic. I've heard him say that a zillion times. Why is it pompous? He's not saying that you have to root for him ("whatever your view of (him)"), but yes, for those who can't respect his work, sacrifice and success, I think it does reflect on them.

From the tweet that was posted, that was not my read. By saying, "Whatever your view of him", that implies something like (italicized, in my wording) "You don't have to like him, but he deserves respect." In fact, that would not be a bad ground rule for all discussions. He is saying that we have to root for Djokovic. I've heard him say that a zillion times.
