I am a tournament and High school player, tennis is my life!!!!!!!, and I have to carry balls, 3 Aeropros, sweatbands, drinks, etc. I can afford a new bag, and this is the one I am rocking now, let me warn you it is almost the uglies bag on the planet, and it is a long story of why I have it:

Get a new bag. I saw that bag at the local Sports Authority, and it looked like it doesn't last long. Babolat bags are supposedly much much better quality. The 6 pack AeroPro bags (both old and new) are supposed to be some of the nicest bags, and very roomy. However, as a tournament player, it might be safer to go with a 12 pack.

Thanks I have pretty much made up my mind that I am going to get the new bag, now the question is, 6 or 12 pack?

get the 12 pack with the thermo's. omg it is a wonderful bag with great durability. if you are impatient and need it now, get it off TW. but if you can wait a little while, go on ****, they have the 12bag on their and it goes for pretty cheap too.

the head bags, you can fit a lot of stuff in too and has excellent durability with not a bad price, there is one more brand, ill post it in a few minutes that make excellent bags

3 Rackets, balls, drinks, and sweatbands should fit easily into a 6 pack. However, for tournaments, you might need to bring clothes, a towel, overgrips, etc, you'll probably want to go with a 12 pack.

get the lime green wilson tour super 6...it will hold atleast 9 raquets, or in my case 5 racquets and a ton of stuff/junk...the bag is made solid and it has the thermo crap lining in it as well...the best part is its on clearance for 39.99 at tenniswearhouse.com....thats 20 bucks cheaper than the aeropro bag and trust me, you will look pimp with the lime green bag and you wont look like everyother wanabe at the tournament....

.

The Aeropro 12 is awsome but a 6 should work fine since you only have 3 racquets. Depends on how much you are willing to pay. I have a Teamline 6 pack, those are the black with white striped ones.

i use the babolat classic line 6 pack and i love it. I put 3 racquets in one compartment, a towel, headband, water bottle, ankle wrap, etc. in the other and balls in the side pocket. Plus it has a shoe compartments which is great (i went to school with my racquet and forgot my shoes at home severel times this year, never again)

if your like me and take your 1 bag to practice and games, having a the larger bag might be alittle much every time, which is why i would buy the smaller bag,
for game days i can see why people might want the bigger one
i guess it comes down to how much tennis your gonna be playing, if its mostly practice and some games here and there, then the smaller one would be my choice, but if your constanttly going to tennis tournaments, then the larger bag would be best fo you

I have the 12 pack. But in addition to the above, I always bring clothes and shoes with me whenever I play and the 12 pack works perfectly, not sure Id want to stuff everything into a 6 pack.

But that's me, I dont mind carrying around the bigger bag. It has two shoulder straps which makes it very comfortable actually to carry around.

mmm becos i don't drive, so that might be a problem wif a 12pack...
too big for public transport.

6 not possible to squeeze? don't 6pack have 2 straps too?

Just a heads up to the thread starter:

I have a 6-pack and I fit 3 racquets, shoes, 3 cans of balls (12 balls), a towel, a 1.5litre water bottle, a shirt, one trouser for warming up/in case it gets cold and 4 balls and various grips in the side pocket, not to mention a little pouch that I keep my wallet, keys and mobile phone. I think you should be ok with the 6, unless you carry more sticks/gear.

Good luck with your search!

Babolat bags are horrible. The way they make the straps on top is a horrible design. You should go with the new AG Dunlop bag. I play tournaments and I have a 10 pack and it works great. Comes with a shoe bag too.
