Swiss flag is on all shoes sold outside Switzerland!
Reason why many of the shoes shown at the ON Homepage do not have the flag ist that this are photos from models for swiss market.

If anyone wants 10% off this is their apology lol.. thankyou10_atl04_chcdqj
Similar thing happened to me, no communication, terrible experience.
No way I am coming back to that overhyped and overpriced junk.
I am sure they don't give a crap if they lose a few customers...Roger will sell tons of these...

Looks like TW had one pair left in their stock and my exact size so I snatched them. Time to cross these off my list!
Not sure which color you got but TE has the ecru pair in a bunch of sizes for 72 after coupon.

I can't believe ON turned into a $7 billion company in only 11 years. Tech, sure, but shoes??

it might be roger Federer effect ?? this company is mostly known for running and casual jogging shoes though. they are extremely comfortable but their tennis shoes are not very comfortable, it is built for fast stable performance on the tennis court,, not for casual wear to use outside of courts

Yea, I guess your right. I think he took his stake just a year or so before they went public. Roger = License to Print Money. Still though, you have to sell a lot of $200 shoes to be worth billions.

I don’t think you need to be profitable to have an inflated valuation. They are the lululemon of the running world.. ppl wear them for status. I live in nyc I see plenty of ON shoes around by casuals going for brunch. I only ordered them as a die hard Roger fan with disposable income, but I won’t support a company with this amateur level of customer service.

Good point.

I would kill for a garlic bagel and whitefish salad right now.

Good to know. TY

My initial review.
Was “lucky” browsing TW Sunday afternoon and found the last pair of the ON Roger shoes in my size and decided to pull the trigger and get them. They arrived yesterday, obviously, a return that was worn around the house or so.
@TW Staff i believe when this the case, so obvious, bunched up front, they should be sold at a discount…

Nevertheless, great fit, no break in needed. I like them better than in pictures. The padding is great, not excessive (these are tennis shoes after all), and definitely not missing any comfort. The sloping is perfect.

I consider my feed to be medium width, and did not find these to be wide at all (as some reported), very good fit for me all around. No slipping and felt like my foot was secure, stable but not tight (like my LT21 Ultra or like BIcons).

Looking at the bottom sole, I was wondering if they would offer ANY traction - they do, and it is great and easy to break the traction when needed. Not sure how long the sole will last but as many have mentioned, I do not expect it will last too long. I will keep updating with my experience.

Heading over to China next week and will be taking these with me, travel in them on a 16+ hour flight and will play in them while over there.

Aside the steep price (and may be justified by the quality which is obvious, but may quickly change if the durability is not there), a few negatives:
- the plastic on the outside is just rubbing and causing discomfort. I am not sure if thicker socks would solve this, if it will soften up over time, however, it is just at the “wrong” level and every time I change direction or do a hard stop, it bothers me. Hoping that it is just because they are new
- the tongue flap is just stupid and unnecessary. I wish I could remove it, or cut it off. Once the laces are tied, sometimes they lay right on top of that button and it is hard to click it in…. Unnecessary waste of time and can’t be left dangling as it would be very annoying.

I’ll do the second session today and will report the updates including - would I buy them again at $216 (with taxes)…

A few more things I noticed after the second session:
- the annoying side plastic wall rubbing is still there but slightly improved. Not sure if softening up or I just simply tied the shoes differently
- the insole is shaped perfectly however, has very little energy return or softness.
- the shoes felt “slower” than my other favorites like BIcon or LT21 Ultra or Head shoes. In fact, I would not use these in a match play.
- the bottom sole is already showing signs of wear after 2 sessions?!

Would I buy these again - no, definitely not at $200.
Would I buy them again at $140? Probably not for the match play but would as my travel/tennis shoes as I travel a lot, around the world and try to avoid carrying 3 pairs of shoes: comfy travel, tennis and dress shoes.

Will share more details upon return from China where I will probably play 6-7 times.

So, after a long travel to Shanghai, four 2-hour sessions in Shanghai, my verdict is:
+ shoes are a great fit for a medium foot, true to size, foot is secure, no movement.
+ Stable, easy to break traction if necessary, yet, good traction
+ Simple lacing, good tongue
+ good comfort, decent padding
+ Simple, clean looks
- heavy feeling, slow feeling
- sub-par sole durability
- plastic lining/stability piece is rubbing my foot
- the insoles feel like they have no softness/bounce/energy return
- That flap over laces is a stupid and unnecessary thing
- $ way, way too overpriced (but it seems to sell well or they simply don't make enough)

I will be using these only when I travel long distance, mainly to Europe and Asia, which is monthly because they are comfortable for travel.
I would and will not use them to practice or play at home
When they wear out, I definitely do not plan on getting another pair unless they offer a 40% discount...

Usually there's no difference, just a 1.5 sizes difference in the size label. Best to check on ON website for any size differences in cm

Kith -- why not charge more??
For the most overrated, and already most expensive shoe over there!
I guess if they’re going to charge more it would actually have to have something on it - other than perhaps a new colour - identifying it as a collab; can’t seem to see much input other than blurb.
