how low to drop racquet for good topspin?

so how low should the racquet be to produce a good amount of topspin.... i read at hitechtennis that it should be about level or just a little bit below.... and it is kinda hard to produce topspin with type of stroke.

Just below the ball and doesnt matter how low it is as long as you can brush it up. I find that with the eastern grip you have to pick from under and then swipe it while twisting your wrist across to get topspin and follow through. With that twisted wrist it help brush the ball upward its work for me from what i have experiment.

I read that as well. The real question is where is the racket position for the pros that Jeff has on his site?
