Attempting to settle down and start deciding on which of the current 10 stories submitted will be my choice to publish in the magazine while having to listen to Disney's "Recess" on television and the cat batting a ping-pong ball around the kitchen (to my left). Yet knowing I need to finish editing one of my own stories, and make yet another deadline for a screenplay reedit. But overall helpless focus on my hunger for that great dinner we had last night and wanting to have some leftovers before someone else eats them up. Plus browsing this forum...

How does the ballboy interfere with the protagonist? Give him flat balls all the time?

just came back from practice.... man, Im in my off days.... yesterday and today.., kinda crappy, I mean, not bad but... not close to what I've been playin lately. Im gettin crappy pace on my FH, which is the shot I like to go for, and returning really short... Im thinkin its fatigue probably, cause I've played a lot this week, plus gym, and hadnt been doin that lately..... Has this happened to anyone else? I mean, not feeling Im hittin badly, and footwork is okay, but just feeling a bit tired from my legs and hittin a biiiiiiit late on my FH.... just ventin a bit ;)

I am as tired as Fu*k. I worked from 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. It sucked. One of my friends is over now and he is drunk. Luckily, he's quiet. He's just watching television. I wish he would go home, though.

I am watching live coverage of the 1908 Wimbledon final. Please remember before thinking its a typo, that I am approximately 100 light years away, so it takes TV signals that long to reach here.

Exciting match, I predict a five setter. On a side note, I don't think tennis will get any better that this. OMG, that serve smoked by at 88 mph !
This sauteed alien tastes pretty good.

But Sentinel, wouldn't it be the 1808 Wimbledon? Since the TV signal takes 100 year to get to you, your responses would take equal time to come back, which amounts to 200 years time dilation.

What I meant is that by the time you read the previous post, I would be watching the 1908 Wimbledon. You will note that Wimbledon started in 1877, tennis did not even exist when I posted the previous post.

(btw, i access the internet through an accidental warp in the space-time fabric, created by one Elena Dementieva serving at twice the speed of light some centuries in my future).

Just back from tennis, totally exhausted, played with two aliens in a row. Under a blazing hot sun (actually binary system).

Feel a craving for both salt and sugar. Eating a toast loaded with jam, and another with cheese.

I'm just finishing my cup of tea and then I'll head to bed to watch the matches I taped today. If I don't fall asleep, I'll also watch today's episode of GH - I'm hoping they draw a few long-drawn out story lines to a close soon. I would watch in the living room but my cat is telling me he wants to go to bed (time for his cuddles).
