Try it yourself.
I like BA Micro better. Silver String 17 didn't do anything better than BA.
Haven't used either, but Big Ace Micro seems to be the undisputed star of the Big Ace lineup. It seems to be universally acclaimed as a fantabulous string, and clealry superior in playability and performance to all other Big Ace gauge offerings.
Unfortunately, durability appears to be the one knock against it. At only 1.15mm, quite frankly it's IMPOSSIBLE for any string to truly be durable.
My feeling is that 1.20 is about the happy medium with polys. You get most of the fineness of the super thin polys, but *just* enough beef to remain reasonably durable (which after all, is one of the biggest reasons by far people go with poly...ESPECIALLY among the average player who DOESN'T own their own stringing machine).
My guess would be that Silverstring outplays all the Big Ace guages, EXCEPT for the Micro. However, the 1.20 Silverstring would be the best compromise overall of reasonable durability with excessive playability and joy.

Silverstring is a bit stiffer, but it does everything that Big Ace does well, better.
Does it have good feel? Simply the color of SS reminds me of ALU power, which has absolutely zero feel and I hated playing with it.
i played with the BA micro sometime back...I had two sets...I measured the string and it was 1.17 before stringing...
I broke it after 20 minutes of hitting (one of my fun sticks - PK Redondo mid).
Felt great, but ultimately left wanting because of durability...
the second set made it a whopping 40 minutes in the same frame....
