If you want to look proper and show respect for past champions then you wear polos. Look at a guy like Federer, he wears them as well as anyone. Tennis should be classy and a game of sportsmanship. I dont want to see Nadal looking like a barbarian that Nike did . Shame on you NIKE.

I loved Nadal's pirate look. I wish he hadn't change. His previous style brought a twist to tennis. Don't know how to explain. Haha.

You're under the mistaken impression that it's about looking good. Last time I looked Nike was in the business of selling stuff. I don't think sleeveless was selling that well - I know I didn't see many (any?) people at the courts wearing any of Rafa's previous shirts. And with Fed's decline last yr Nike may have thought it was time for a passing of the torch.
I don't think that shirt is that bad. The shorts, though, were obviously designed by Stevie Wonder...
