This is probably already a thread somewhere altough i didnt find it, im D Y I N G to find out what it will look like...has ANYONE ANY idea?? Plz?
what makes you think hes getting a new racket?
It's just a paint job of a 30 year old frame anyway, Prestige Class 600 rules blah blah
You are correct that the Prestige Classic 600 is a great frame that is still used on the Tour today. Just ask Rainer Schuettler
But Federer is using K6-1 Tour 90.
Well or a new paintjob then, his had his current since AO 2007...what makes you think hes getting a new racket?
It's not a microgel it's paintjob, no good racquets have been made since 1990 blah blah
Well that is not true there are good racquets out there. Have you tried the Volkl PB 10 Mid? I think that is a great racquet. You should give it a try. That might change your mind.

I play with Microgels and love them

Thats a great ideai guess it has been a long time. but the k90 is still selling well i think
they should make him a new racket to celebrate his 15 tho ;D
the F15 (federer15 LOL)
Well good for you! The Youtek is replacing the Microgel.
now look at the picture above and compare it to your MG...
Hint, look at the throat area where the Microgel has "gradual" corners whereas the racke in the picture has "sharper", just like the PC600 had.
Does your MG have that plastic collar above the grip, too? Check out the PC600.
I know you're trying to be smart, but it is not working well here...
I can give you a few more clear examples...
Everything is a paintjob here.
Everything is a paintjob here.
it weighs 370g. There is lead tape at the top of the hoop (should be in subsequent photo's)
Waiiittt there are no holes in Safins prestige. how would that not be a paint job? No way thats a fxp. sorry bro
But wait, wasn't there some noise from an island of insanity saying that Federer could no longer compete with such an outdated "bat" in the "modern" game and that he would be changing to a larger frame? I think the timeline for the change was the 2009 Australian Open. Oooops.
Federer's "new" frame, if any, will be the same frame with new paint. There may be a tweak or two, but everything else will remain the same. Why change a good thing?
Do u know W H E N??:-?
True, but a new paintjob will be released, and therefore, a new set of Wilson frames to the public.
Do u know W H E N??:-?
Sounds like marketing hype to me.
Good way to get all the k90-users to buy new sticks. (Watch the Classifieds section.)
Going from PS 6.0where have you been for past...many years?
I caught a glimpse of Fed's racquet against Tsonga today...it had a glossy finish and a more elongated head...(the head shape might look different because the W stencil looked different too).
Beginning of 2010, a new Six-One, Tour, Surge etc. series will be released. The Blades, Pros, etc. will follow in a year.
