hey guys, quick question. recently ive been noticing my on my forehand that in many cases, when i don't play, it gets very erratic. I think it's due to the fact that i constantly change my forehand and followthrough in many differnet places. Aside from constant practice, is there any drills or hints I can learn so i can perfect my followthrough to attain that muscle memory? thanks!
