Me? Longterm, I'm working towards freestanding headstand pushups on the rings... but currently I can only do 4 wall assisted, with 5in elevation. Anyone else? I'm interested to know (and compare notes!) and give me motivation! These goals can take over a year and the motivation wanes sometimes
