my adidas bag #2

This is my middle compartment open. It's a catch all for all of the balls I have after USTA matches and tournments.

THIS is that middle section emptied out. 70 balls. I carry them around no sweat. I also found a pen I was looking for and a wristwatch. Good times.

my adidas bag #3

These are the contents of my little pouch. Grip talc, deodorant, some change, inhalers in case of an attack, and some vibration dampeners. Also, some spare paper for emails or phone numbers of interesting players.

This is how big my bag is fully loaded (balls and all). Note the sunblock on the chain. Important when you are pale like me!

my adidas bag #4? #5? I forget...

This is a side view of my bag, fully stocked.

This is the other side view. I want to conclude by saying that I LOVE my bag. It's roomy, durable, cool looking, and convenient. It's a backpack design, but I only use one of the straps diagonally across my chest. It feels like I've got NOTHING on my back when I huff all that stuff around.

The end bracket should do it. NOOB MISTAKE.

I'm interested in getting this bag. I can never tell....does the bag have 3 main compartments or 2 (not counting the side accessory pocket)?

I'm looking for a bag with 3 compartment....2 for rackets and 1 for junk.

I just got this bag today, took me awhile to find a place in the US that still had them in stock. Didnt want to overpay by getting it from Europe. Anyway, they still have one left. If anyone's interested here's the link

Thanks for posting.

What's the red and black material? Is it some type of vinyl or cordura?

Rob: that ltd edition in red is one of the nicest bags I've seen.

Question: isn't it uncomfortable having the backpack straps on the same side as the middle grab handle? Isn't the handle somewhat irritating on your back when you carry it backpack style?

This question is open to anyone who owns a bag with backpack straps "on the top" same side as the grab handle...

I've only had it a couple of days, still getting used to it. Its alot bigger than the old Head MonsterCombi I was using. The straps are a little awkward right now. I think I would like it better if the bottom faces out when you're carrying it over your shoulder, rather than have the top facing out. Less chance of inadvertently losing things.

To answer your question, the handle, as far as I can tell, is supposed to face outwards when you're carrying it over your shoulders.

I took a look at the photos again, and it looks like the shoulder straps are reversible, so that you can wear them on either side. Nifty.

Actually, I took a closer look when I got home yesterday, and its supposed to be worn with the bottom facing outwards, as you thought. No, the handle doesnt cause a problem, it's not flush against your back when there are rackets in the bag.

I like some of these bags so much I think I will buy more than one.

1. prince tour team
2. head monstercombi
3. wilson eco super six

...and a few more on whim such as babolat.

Is 6 bags excessive?

the biggest pro of this design IMO (I have a babolat Aero 12 pack) is that it doesnt get your back dirty when you wear it after leaving it on the ground for a while, since the dirty side is facing out.

Anyone have a suggestion of a good bag? I'm liking the BLX ones by the sounds of it, might try pickup the black one sometime

Head is the way to go
Yeah, I'd go with head but I think I should go with Wilson, even though I use a Microgel Radical Pro. I'd be using the bag mainly to carry work documents and accessories (tennis coach) and we do a lot of our work dealing with Wilson, and the junior tournaments are all sponsored by Wilson, but as an assistant coach at our club I don't get anything from them.

The BLX bag is the worst bag I have ever owned.

I used it for exactly 2 days and then took my stuff back out of it and move back into my old Kfactor Pro Tour bag.

It might be ok for you since you are more coach than player, but I can highly reccomend the Wilson messenger bags for carrying papers and stuff, they are pretty nice.

A few days ago I ordered a BLX tour super 6 bag, and I'm super excited about it, especially since I got it for $55, and I don't even use wilson racquets. (I use a Pure Storm Limited) Can't wait for it
