I guess losing 2 first rounds in a row in Oz with the Voelkl PB9 was enough to make her get rid of that racquet and go back to Prince.
I thought the PB9 was a good racquet..............
Prince makes such "average" racquets. Nothing like "WOW" when you play with them. She'll never be a better player with Prince racquets.
Maybe she just borrowed Rybarikova's racquet?

Define "Average racket" and what is "Wow" racket. I don't understand where is that come from. I think rackets are personal preference. I don't think there is "Wow" racket. If there is a racket like that, why everyone use the racket?
Sounds like you just hate prince racket.
she will get better on the practice court, and the gym, not by using a different racket.
No, my issue is I've tried a lot of the Prince racquets and they are just average at best. Nothing to say "WOW" this is a great racquet. Not like the POG was years ago, IMO. I just don't see a lot of pros doing well with Prince racquets. I had a POG for years. I don't hate Prince racquets. They were really good in the beginning. Great innovation. I just think now it is a run of the mill average racquet company. Like a Chevy Aveo or Cobalt of the car line. Just okay and will get you to where you're going. No "WOW, I LOVE this car" feeling. I agree each racquet is a personal preference. Seems like Babalot is the WOW racquet now or even the Donnay ones. Seems everyone HAS to have one of those. I just think some of the pros would do better if they'd find a better racquet to suit their game. Some are stuck in contracts where their racquet really isn't helping them along. Their talents can only take them so far but the right racquet can push them a little higher. I don't "hate" any racquets. Not sure why everyone likes to think if you don't like something it automatically equates to a hate factor. What I guess I do hate is someone saying I hate something when I don't. If I don't say it then don't assume it. If I say I hate it then you can rest assured I hate it. Until then just take what I say as what I feel.
N I just don't see a lot of pros doing well with Prince racquets.
The Brian's could use any racquets and get the same results, IMO. I still think Prince just makes average racquets. Regardless what showing they had at the AO. Djokovic played amazing at the AO. If his racquet made him play that much better I'll even buy one. I dearly love Zvonareva and I think she could do better with a different racquet brand and a different string. Ferrer is another player I like and would do better with a Technifiber racquet.Zvonareva, Ferrer both made the semifinals using Prince racquets.
Of the 8 semifinalists (4 men, 4 women), there were:
2 using Babolat (Clijsters, Li Na)
2 using Prince (Ferrer, Zvonareva)
2 using Head (Djokovic, Murray
1 using Yonex (Wozniacki)
1 using Wilson (Federer)
Thus, Prince represented the semifinalists as well as any racquet manufacturer.
Plus, the Bryan brothers won men's doubles using Prince racquets.
Pretty impressive Australian Open for Prince!!
Of course it's my opinion. Just like your opinion is yours. I think others feel the same way as I do. I don't see that many Prince racquets at the clubs I play at actually. If I do they are the older ones like the POG and not very many new Prince racquets. Why get all upset at what my opinion is? Don't get your panties all bunched up. So I'll say it again. Prince just makes average racquets at best.Of course it's all opinion, but saying Prince makes average racquets at best is pure ********. If you don't like it, fine. Doesn't mean others find it "only average at best".

You've never played with the O3 line of racquets, particularly the Tour, have you? I love my old POGs, still break them out every now and then. The fact that you, someone whom I can only assume is FAR, FAR away from being a professional, is saying that a professional who has WAY better feel and ability than you should switch racquets is really, really funny.
I have opinions too.
I think that nadal might play better with prince O-port rackets.
because most of prince o-port rackets have low swingweight and holes might make nadal swing a little faster than his babolat. faster swing speed makes him to have crrraaaaaazy top spin. WOW:shock: that might be interesting hahaha.

By your logic, I could then say: Djokovic could use any racquet and get the same results. I dearly love Murray, and I think he could be #1 if he just used a Prince racquet.
Which, of course, I don't believe. Djokovic is outstanding and is doing and outstanding job with his paintjob. Murray is outstanding, and is doing an outstanding job with his paintjob.
The one thing I will say about Prince, is that you cannot fake the holes. Not saying they are stock EXO3 racquets, but Prince is the hardest design to fake (Yonex is second, difficult to fake that shape ).
Didn't the Joker just change racquets? Not brands but racquet type?
