Your asking the difference between 4 totally different rackets?

Prestige: Advanced Players Racket. Not for the feint of heart, small sweet spot, great feel and power though. Pretty soft stiffness.

Radical: Sort of a middle of the road rackets. It's good at everything it does, and doesn't really excel at anything. I love them and think they are probably one of the best lines of sticks.

Extreme: Waaaaay too stiff. Tons of power, tons of stiffness and somewhat a lack of control. Probably one of the lest popular lines of Head rackets.

Speed: Speeds are kind of like radicals, just stiffer. Lots of power in some models.

Fuji is right on, just want to add some more little tid bits. Weight, balance and SW of each racket doesn't matter, as you can always add weight to customize to whatever specs you like. All that matters is the feel of each frame. The way I guage a frame is by 3 factors...Solidity to hollowness; Stiffness to flexiblilty; and crispness to dampness.
The Prestiges play with a very solid, stiff and dampened feel. They are the lowest powered of the 4.
The Extremes play a bit hollow, very stiff and very crispy. They have the most power of the 4.
The Speeds play solid, stiff and crispy. They are the most uncomfortable on the arm.
The radicals play with a solid, somewhat flexy and crispy feel. They have the best balance of all when it comes to power and comfort.

The Prestige will make you look and feel like a touring pro when you pull it out of your bag. Everyone at the club or on the courts will turn and stare. They'll whisper "Look at that guy! He plays with a Prestige!" You'll feel warm all over and totally awesome...until you realize that you're nowhere near good enough to play with it. FYI, no top pro that "uses a Prestige" actually does. They all play with pro stock frames that you and I can't buy.

The Speed will also draw looks from anyone around, but it's because of the awkward-from-afar paintjob. Up close, it's great, though. No one will think you have any taste in racquets because the Speeds are too white, or because no one on TT likes them. Just like everyone else, you'll find some reason not to like them, too...which it really too bad, because they're actually quite nice to hit with once you find the right string setup.

The Radical will make you look like you know what you're doing and that you're realistic about your game. Radicals are like Volvos--a nice safe choice that does everything OK but nothing very well. You'll get into customization because you'll grow tired of it's plain feel and you'll keep it forever because you'll be convinced there's nothing better out there. Then you'll be that creepy guy that drives the 1980-something Volvo wagon. You don't want to be that guy.

The Extreme will make you look like a weak, over-the-hill hacker that needs all the power he can get just to stay in the game. The hideous paintjob (true in all three generations) will have the ladies throwing up in their mouths when they look at you. No matter your age, it will make you look fatter and more bald. But all that is okay if you're into winning, because that's what the Extreme is meant for. It's an under-rated AeroPro beater that will help make up for weaknesses in the 3.0-4.0 game...if you can stomach its ugly.

The part about making me feel cool is definitely true. I slowly unsheath my YTPM and let its deep red paint glisten in the sunlight...and then miss most of my shots afterwards. But it's such a fun racquet to play with! Loads of feel and control, and when I'm on, it's great. Technically, though, the pros do play with Prestiges, just models that are not commonly available to us mere mortals.

The Prestige is one of those frames that feel really nice at the store or when you hang out at the bench. It totally sucks for most weekend players when game starts.

If you but a speed or radical you're a poser, if you but a prestige you're a wannabe, if you buy an extreme you're a wimp lol basically what people will think when they see you ;)

I've never in my entire life played with a "lite" version of a racket, but I would imagine that you could beef up that stick with a lot of lead tape!
