Blake does it again!

I'm sure you've all seen that ridiculous return of serve that Blake hits on YouTube where he crams a serve down the server's throat! Well, he just did it again, on match point, in the 1st round at the USO against Jesse Huta Galung. Blake won it in 4.

According to Cliff Drysdale, Galung's serve was clocked at 125mph, and Blake cranked it back harder than it came in. Galung didn't make a move for it, probably didn't even see it! Ridiculous!

Johnny Mac: "I'd say the hardest return ever struck!"

It'll definitely be in the highlight reels for the next few days!

Blake in his prime was a great guy to watch. Awesome returns, massive forehand winners and some amazing gets with his speed. I Love his old wins over Nadal. They were great matches. I hope he pulls out a few more wins this tournament.

That was SICK! Galung didn't even budge towards the ball, and it landed only 3 ft away from him! My mouth was literally hanging open.

Are Blake and Fish in the same draw?

You should have seen his Queens semi final against Roddick 5-6 years ago. Rocketing back serves of 145mph from 3 feet inside the baseline.

Agassi or Fed could've at least half-volleyed that return into the middle of the net if not over it, but this guy just stood planted like a tree.

Blake is so fun to watch. I love his flat strokes, he hits so hard. Its a shame he could never really progress as a player to big heights.

Hard to say which one was fatser, It´s well possible that this one is faster, but it looks slower since it´s from a different angle and position to the camera.

James Blake is a beast, he is awesome to watch.

(Nadal's winner on matchpoint was more brilliant)

He was obviously feeling it at the time and he was way ahead. Making a shot like that will probably boost his confidence. I love that he has the guts to take a cut like that.

It's similar to a point that he lost earlier in the match. It was an overhead smash that he decided to jump for. He missed it badly but he was ahead in the game. It was kind of a heat check and fun thing for him and the fans had he made it.

Was JB rockin' a golf shirt?

Looks like it. Even cooler if he was wearing a pair of golf shorts. I hate the NBA wannabe, gangster rapper, pantaloons that most players wear.

I have a couple of golf shirts I wear for tennis that are much better quality, and better sun protection, than most tennis shirts.

I'm thinking about going the golf shirt route myself. Puma makes some sweet ones.

#4 in the world isn't big heights? 3 wins over Nadal, win over Fed during the Bejing Olympics?

Where do you guys get this stuff?

Everyone seems to forget that Blake used to be really, really good. He's just old and injury ridden now. I mean hell, the man ran head first into a net post.

Galung didn't move because he was still recovering from his serve, you can see him about to push off his foot to go after the ball and by then it's already passed him and he just doesn't bother.

I feel somewhat bad for Blake, so many injuries. I do love that he was already yelling while he hit that ball.
last, is he using a Donnay?

Exactly the reason he could never progress, hitting to flat, to hard to often.

Blake coulda and woulda and shoulda. If I had coached him he would have been the best player of all time.
