What do you guys think? I mean I saw he played against go soeda today, and it is just plain and simple embarrassing. I am a big fan of his, but I think he wil just wasting his time. Of course he is in it for the points gain, but I dont see he reach past the third round. He should just do the same thing you guys said about murray, rest up for wimby and the olympics, let me know your opinions

He's not going to win Wimby or the Olympics, probably won't even make it to the second week of Wimby or USO.
His match today was a pathetic attempt at tennis, it got worse when he started mouthing off at the chair. What a loser.

even though it is very hard to believe roddick's level and his behavior, i cannot disagree with this comment, but I truly hope he can keeps up his record of reaching at least a quarterfinal of a slam every year for the last 10 years

Why is he smashing his racquet? He destroyed racquets against Berlocq and Soeda. He is just a downer these days, Roddick = bad energy for the fans and to himself, just ugly and embarrassing. What is he expecting? He didn't play Monte Carlo, Madrid or Rome. Suck it up, Berlocq & Soeda are quality players who are match tough, was Roddick even favored to win against those guys on clay? Just calm the #@%! down.

I agree 100% with this.

Roddick has very bad energy on the court and it was uncomfortable to watch his attempts at tennis.

Serve has gone, Forehand has gone, movement has gone, return MIA, BH rudimentary. He looks like he is running on fumes.

The crowd seemed uncomfortbale watching him mutter to himself and the umpire etc.

I agree. Losing some more matches against top 100 players won't do his confidence any good. Maybe he can wait a bit, go to the grass courts and blast some serves ftw.

LOL, guys, after looking at the draw, it is official that the third option poll in this thread is impossible, if A-rod gets lucky, he will reach at most the third round

He might as well get what points he can, he's not going to go deep enough to waste much valuable grass court training time.

If I were him I'd skip another soul destroying experience on clay and head to London and hit the grass courts and once there to practice long and hard.
