Fortunately i have a set-top box which is connected to the cable line,so i get around 160 channels which are of digital clarity,and in addition to that there are 3 TV's connected to the same line,each t.v has their own set-top box.All this for just 225 bucks..On the flip side whenever cable line goes off,everything just vanishes.LOL

anyway, isn;t that cable thing getting removed from July or something ? I have Tata-sky which goes off whenever there is rain! Is your 3 set-top boxes all legal, or have you internally done your own wiring. I mean did your cable guy do the whole thing.

I pay a huge amount to tata-sky but don't get too many channels. I have to still pay extra for whatever i watch, and that's only tennis. Maybe i should switch to cable, the guy on my top floor has it.

All of my cable connections are totally legal,infact back in 2008 my cable guy started providing Set-top boxes to enhance the quality,initially my uncle took it and got it installed for Rs 400,then my dad as well as my grand-ma(we got it for Rs 800,1 time investment) got it installed last year.Actually there is only 1 cable line,they just distribute it and connect to the individual set-top box.It's quality is quite superb,only drawback of such a system is that it goes away when ever there is a problem in the line..fortunately,we rarely have such issues..
