Greatest point of all time?

There's no specific criteria for this, just tell us your favorite point, and why. Links are also nice if you have a good video of it. You may pick a point because Of its significance in a match, for the shotmaking skill, for the crazy athleticism involved, whatever. Those are just some ideas.

Personally, I'm a fan of shotmaking, so improv shots and similar things usually get my vote. But the point in last years USO final, where Novak attacked relentlessly yet Rafa kept defending until djokovic finally managed a backhand winner... That was pretty epic. It reminded me of the quote from The Dark Knight "This is what happens when an unstoppable force means an immovable object."

That point between Federer and Hewitt comes to mind...

edit: there must also be some great points between Nadal and Djokovic.

With Federer there are two many great points its impossible to pick. The guy invented so many type of great shots you can fill hours of highlights.

I guess that it has to be the tweener winner of Roger Federer at the US Open semifinal against Djokovic. It's not only the way he played it, but also the stage and the circumstances.

Can we avoid reading the wrong thread title???

All these people are posting shots, when the title says "POINTS" great shots don't necessarily mean great points....

Yep, he set up triple match point against a quality opponent like Djokovic. One of the best shots I've ever seen hit in tennis.

if you're posting a video longer than a point, is it too much to ask to indicate which bloody point you're talking about?
