If you had to choose 5 supremely talented players who are not currently in the top 20, who would you pick? I mean real talent, so I don't want to be seeing any Marcel Grannolers or any Viktor Troicki's in this thread.

In no particular order:

Verdasco
Baghdatis
Nishikori
Nalbandian
Paul-Henri Mathieu.

You should make the topic players that have never been in the top 20. It's obvious that Verdasco, Nalbandian and Haas are great players. For players who have never been in the top 20:

Belluci
Dimitrov
Chardy
Falla
Benneteau

On a similar note, it's quite funny that the french players generally have high talent but low achievements:
Simon, Monfils, Tsonga, Gasquet, Benneteau, Chardy, Santoro, Pioline, Grosjean....yet very little in terms of achievements. They should take a leaf out of the spaniard's book and learn how to win stuff with limited talent (in comparison).

I'd agree with all your picks except that I'd take out Mathieu and Nalbo, only because they're way past their prime Imho (I know you did not place an age limit- but just my opinion).

Replace them with Goffin and Kukushkin coz they have more upside in their game from what I've seen so far.

Professional
Dimitrov- Future GOAT
O. Rochus- 3-4 inches away from greatness
Monfils- super athletic, yet too passive at times and injury prone
F. Lopez- Great serve and volleyer, overall a complete lefty game
Nalbandian- Clean ballstriker, best backhand
