no dont do it. if anything get the steam. swings much easier through air. juice100 is too wobbly.
The Juice100 isn't wobbly at all. It has an RA of 72. It plays solid and stiffish, though never uncomfortable.
And if you have trouble swinging a racquet with a 311g SW through the air, the only thing wobbly must your arms (which is probably why you keep on hitting the ball into the ceiling, into the net etc, in those 3.0 videos you keep on posting).
The Juice100 swings very, very easily.
Both of you post videos here, and let us decide lol.

Lead tape 3/9. $4.
That's what I do anyway if I had the J100. There's also a thread on that anyway.
when you said lead tape at 3/9 do you mean on the head at 3/9, or on the grip?
so both of you say how nice the juice is, yet both of you say you should slap some lead on it. funny stuff lol
what does that have to do with anything? 90% of Pros customize their racquets with lead....is that funny too?
FINALLY going to be checking out the Juice 100 this week, and as Jack and Ray are advising above, I'm thinking I'll almost certainly put some lead on right from the get go.
My APD Originals have a small amount of lead @ 12 and that amount X 2 on b/cap. Think I'll put similar lead amount and at same locations on the J100, but also at 3 and 9.
I'm looking forward to this as the frame has been on my list for an awfully long time.
Ross, you will have the PD to compare as well, being sent today. No lead on it but I liked it mostly stock and with 5g right at the top of the handle and 2g at 12 to raise the SW a little.
Thanks Jim, look forward to it.
I keep thinking I don't need lead at all really (not when players a zillion times better than me don't need it), and I think it swings a bit more fluently minus lead, but I'm sort of used to the APD/O leaded up a bit.
With my mods I'm in the region of 330 SW. I do notice a little more solidness in the hoop too. When I recently played an old PD Team, even with 2g @ 12 (and 4g in b/cap), it felt less solid in the hoop compared to my APD/O, which makes me think I'll probably want to put lead on the PD @ 3 and 6 or 10 and 2 as well... or maybe I should have just gone down the PDR route instead?
