What's for dinner?

Empanadas.
What's for dinner?
Hoisin Chicken Stir-Fry.What's for dinner?
That was a fun frame. Why did I sell it for $35 bucks again??And those 99 are the ones that are supposed to be like super open pattern?
Thats been done as stated previoulsy. With those Princes and that epic Mizuno Pro MV that auzzie had was like the spin monster of all frames in history.
I wish I could create more spin! you were outspinning me the last time we played!auzzie with the wilson steam 99s could probably create enuff spin to change the rotation of the earth. the mayans predicted this.
What kind?
Not yet. Will you still have them this weekend?
Ask the cockroach at your leesburg bar.
The last person to string my racket was Sup. I have no idea what strings he used or the tension.
Went to the doc to get my ribs checked out... just bruised, not broken. Oddly enough, the symptoms are the same, just without the whole punctured lung part. Doc said I have to avoid taking shallow breaths (even though it hurts to breath normally) otherwise I'll develop pneumonia, WTF?!
Let's set up a TWMAC kids tennis meet. Kids vs. kids while the parents just eat and drink.
My kid - can serve all double faults.
Dat's kid - can obsess about racket choice the entire time.
Auzzie's kid - can have lead poisoning.
Zap's kid - can bring the hotdogs.
hollywood's kid - can talk about the WNBA the entire time.
Sappy's kid - can show up, hit one ball, then sit in a chair the rest of the time.
Anyone has experience in buying a house that's built in the 60's?
What are some of the stuff I should look out for?
So far I can only think of Lead and Radon Testing. But it's been gutted and rebuilt, I am hoping these problems will be kept to a minimal.
I got a Zoji rice cooker similar to the one that sappy posted. Only beef is the Brown Rice doesnt quite get done enough, as mine does not have the brown rice setting.
But that thing is way better than stove method.
I also had a little 15 dollar cheapy Yan Can Cook Aroma I bought at BX while I was in korea. It did the job better than stove, but not as good as elephant.
Cool,
These are prob gone already from remodel, but asbestos tiles. Might be obvious, but look for signs of moisture in the basement walls if any of them are exposed (peeling paint, etc.). I bought a house that was built in 63, and the biggest expense was waterproofing the basement later after I found out how much water came in on big storms. If furnace and water heater are newer than the 60s, that will be good. The old ones can last forever, but newer ones are so much more energy efficient. Are the windows and roof newer as well? Original windows are probably letting out a lot of heat if they weren't replaced in the remodel.
Good luck! Is this your first house?

i dunno why people have rice cookers... almost every kind of rice i have is 1cup rice to 1&1/3 cup water. boil for 20-25min. serve. although sometimes when i am making my main course masterpiece i must admit i sometimes forget to make the rice which is why i served my chicken on a bed of spinach and just hoped it was good and filling enough.
i also have zero counter space for another appliance.

I bought a new house 7 years ago. The old one was nice too, but a lot more work. Albeit, with a much more reasonable mortgage.
is everyone buying houses instead of rackets now?
my house is pushing 100yrs old. i thought it was old until i visited italy. it's good for another 2k years.
somebody buy my house. i'll throw in all my donnay sticks for free.
lunch was a subway sub. definitely not banh mi good.
elephants cook surprisingly well. and yes JRK -- why would anyone choose anything other than quick cook setting. why not make that the only setting and call it "COOK". the only possible explanation is if quick cook takes 50% less time but tastes 50% less tasty.
I just push the big pink button
