He was wearing underwear, so no. But again: irrelevant. And then you ask why I say people don't understand what they're talking about .
He didn't complain about his human rights because he chose to do that, he was not obliged to (and being obliged doesn't mean he was forced, either).
I don't think Nadal has ever complained about the frequency of the testing, not even now.
You sure don't seem to get it completely, as your thinking it laughable to say the legality of this is debatable shows. And as the rest of your post shows at that. So he has to be doping if he complains, it cannot be that he thinks his privacy is being too invaded.
That he doesn't care enough what people think of him as to stop saying what he thinks doesn't mean he couldn't sue people for blatantly defaming him.
And it was Benito who talked about suing recently, not Nadal.
What exactly do you want? Do you want people to be able to smoke crack in the morning, and then go and take care of you as a nurse or whatever it is afterwards? Would you like the testing in tennis to become even more lax than it already is? Are you a proponent of just letting them juice up, inject EPO, inject HGH, and just dope till they're about to burst? Nadal gets paid from these people who say they want a clean sport. He always has the choice to not complete the test and bail. Nobody is forcing him to do it if he doesn't want to.
It's not only in jobs of such responsibility that drug testing takes place.
I want people to understand that people have a right to privacy that doesn't simply disappear completely because they're athletes. And that where the limit is is a valid discussion to have.
What do you want Clarky?. To have nurses and doctors tested almost every day?. Oh, why don't we test anyone who drives a car everyday too?, and have athletes wear a GPS at all times and have cavity searches done in them to make absolutely sure no one dopes?.
And you show again you don't actually understand what you're talking about. It is debatable whether it's a human rights violation. I'm not even saying it definitely is. And he cannot bring it to court for reasons already explained.
Even something like random tests (without a probable cause) is already something that in normal circumstances wouldn't be allowed. Given the need to try to keep sports doping-free concessions are made, but it has its limits.
Complain "to this degree"?, he was simply asked a question in an interview.
And other athletes have talked about this.
The question was whether there's anything that would show up in an urine test and not in a blood test.
It wasn't, and your posts show otherwise.
No, not simple.
You know, workers getting their bags/purses searched by at the end of day's work to see if they're stealing something has been debated on court here several times. Let's say that the company would claim they need to strip search them to actually make sure they're not stealing. Do you think them doing that would be in any way legal, simply because the worker can refuse and quit?, because I assure to you that's not the case. The worker having the possibility of quitting wouldn't make a difference. And in this case they wouldn't be left out of their profession entirely which would be the case with an athlete.
Oh, she never answers these questions.
He was nearly naked in those shots, and even stripped in the commercials. Some of that stuff could have made it into a Skinamax movie.
It is laughable, and you are highly litigious if you think something like this belongs in the court system. No wonder the courts are so clogged up with bogus cases.
He chooses to let them into his home and LETS them test him. He has a choice if he wants to complete the testing or not. And his neverending complaining about the already lax drug testing in tennis is pathetic, and does make him look like he has something to hide.
He does care when people say these things or else he would not threaten to sue them when they say it. And you're wrong that Nadal has never threatened to sue about being accused of doping. He did just that at Wimby in 2006 when asked about the Operation Puerto case and if his name was on it the list of dopers from it.
And I have a right to not have the doctor taking care of me be high on meth. And as a spectator of a sport, I also have the right to want a clean sport, and not one rife with a bunch of juiced up dopers. Most of the people running the show(and paying out prize money)seem to want them to be clean as well. If Nadal doesn't like it, then he can retire.
And again you insult my intelligence just because I don't see things your way.
But you have yet to give one single suggestion as to how they could avoid having the player's do the testing in front of the WADA agent, and also get a sample they know has not been tampered with. I have asked you a number of times, and just you avoid it. The reason you avoid is because there is no better way, and you just have to argue Nadal's case because that's what you do best.
Not anywhere near the degree Nadal does. He whines about it more than any other player I have ever seen.
This right here proves you do not even come close to understanding how anti-doping works. I already told you that WADA does not spend nearly enough money on anti-doping in tennis, and one of the reasons they don't is because they conduct too much urine testing. Blood testing costs more money, so is Nadal going to pay for his blood testing since he feels like his human rights are being violated? I wish they would go to all blood testing then maybe they will actually catch somebody since they seem to work so hard at the opposite.
Comparing the everyday worker with little choice to a multi-millionaire athlete like Nadal with many other options, proves how far you are reaching here. Do you honestly think this is the same situation at all? If so then there is no hope for you, and you are just a ********* to the extreme who cannot see the forest for the trees.
And I don't answer those questions because it's unlikely anyone would believe me anyway. Especially you, who believes the sun shines out of Nadal's ass and he is a pure as the driven snow.
