are these: Babolat Pure Storm Ltd. GT ? I wanted to order one to try, but they are out of 3/8 :( ...now I ordered Babolat Pure Storm Ltd.
How do they compare? Much of a difference? Which one do you like better and why? Thanks!
Ps: I just like the PJ on the red ones a lot better, but black yellow is kind a cool too ;-)

They are indeed the PSLGT/PSL. The PSL non GT is one of my absolute favorite frames in history. It's just a super nice feel. If I could I'd be using 20 of them ahaha.

The PSLGT is similar in the sense that they play near the same. The GT has a bit
Different flex, but you can Definitly tell they are from the same heritage. I just love the frame in general though, I can't really knock it on anything. They are just solid players frames that are a modern classic in my eyes. Just super nice haha!

Hey Guys (and gals if there is any)

Here's my collection, I do have more but there all up in the loft, but here's pretty much a list,

These pics are old by the way!

3x IG Instinct MP, these are all strung with different strings,
First Being a Hybrid of Tier One Duraflux w/ Tier One Triumph.
Second being Tier One T1 Firewire
Third being Tier One Tour Status w/ Synthetic Gut (Pro's Pro)

Then we come to my old Rackets

2 x Microgel Prestige MP

I orginally had three of these but ended up Smashing one and I mean destroying the frame after I lost in 5 sets.

1 x YouTek Prestige MP

Frame is cracked at the top and is bent, never actually used this racket very much as I got my IG's pretty much 2 weeks after I got this.

Shoes;

4.3 Courtballistec Yellow and Black, really comphy alot of ankle support for me (Hard Court Shoes)

White and Red 2K12's, used these for about 2 months then gave up on them as they were Clay Court soles and we dont have Clay in my area!

Fila Alpha Grass Court Shoes
Given to me by a friend who plays on the tour, used them on Astro Courts and they wore down really quickly, now used on Carpet courts.

Towels; 2012 Wimbledon Towel Personalised with my Initials
Adidas Navy Towel (not displayed)

Bags;
Head ATP Tour line backpack Red and Black
Head Wimbledon Limited Edition White 12 Racket Bag (with the Stand)

Then I just have about, 100 Sweatbands somewhere and a crap load of grips!

Pics are here!

How does the ball bounce? Can't imagine them tearing up shoes. Is it like clay?

Not that high, depending on if the balls are new or not, probably anywhere between 2-4 foot.

The reason it tears up my shoes, is because when I'm sliding I always use my left foot as a stabilizer almost, as its pretty slippy, but you also have to have good feet to keep your balance and the soles just get destroyed, it took me maybe, a week to destroy my Grass court shoes.

My Dunlop bag was worse.... Put stuff in it. Stuff it with all the frames and clothes etc... you can fit.

It sounds like artificial turf with sand? in addition to the black rubber pellet things that get in your shoes.

I love these frames, too !! But they do beg for lead, don't they?

I have both versions. I have found the older version (the non-GT) to provide a tad more direct feedback. The GT version, if lead-free, maybe feels a bit more "complete", plusher and with a 3-5% heavier ball potential, nonetheless the feeling of direct feedback makes the black/orange ones real gems.

In an old post of mine I have argued that these sticks make for the best trainer, they ask for a stepping-in attitude and make you wanna work the court as opposed to trying to overpower your opponent.

Love 'em.

Here's some of my other stuff, my tours, a radical that a guy broke after I beat him in some tournament when he had match points, a hyper pro staff stretch, a butt load of tourna grip and string.

And also here's my stringer

Possibly I'll be matching my PSL non gt specs. The SW is 350ish @ 12.7oz. It's a bit much for what I need though. If anything I'll be doing a higher SW at a lower weight. Ideally I'd be at around 360SW at like 12.4oz. Now that I have enough sticks I can definitely play around with lead set ups!

ah, want!

I am gonna be tweaking my non-gt's in a few weeks once i've gotten the necessary supplies. Looking forward to it.
