Roland Garros: Djokovic

I don't see Murray winning Rome. Fed could win Madrid but I'd pick Djokovic and Nadal for Rome. You really think Nadal won't win any of these?

I say

MC - Djokovic
Madrid - Djokovic (maybe Federer)
Rome - Nadal

RG - Djokovic or Nadal.

Nadal would probably take Barcelona since that's pretty much his tournament. MC for Djokovic. Madrid can possibly be Federer given his good record though and maybe Nadal. Rome for Djokovic. RG toss-up.

You've got to laugh at how this place is affected by temporary mood swings and fails to see the big picture.

I think Nadal will be on 60% - 70% until French or Monte Carlo - to make sure he doesn't hurt anything before French.

Nadal will be the favorite for all but other guys who could do well are: Djoko, Delpo, Berd, maybe Monfils and of course Ferrer.

I quit watching tennis during clay season unless the clay is blue.

wake me up when we're on a real tennis surface like Grass or hardcourt.

Nadal will win at least one of the masters and probably Barcelona if he's the only big guy playing.

I'd give him a 60% chance of winning RG as well. Would like to see Federer win the French tho, I made a prediction about 6 years ago saying Federer would win 18 slams (4,2,7,5) the French would make my prediction come true.

Saved for posterity. :)

I will give you an Internet cookie if you get even one of those right.

haha. I like chocolate chip!

I'm just saying, with it being clay, and the fact that there's OVER two months before MC, he's got plenty of time to be in form. I personally believe he'll get beat in his opening or 2nd match at IW and Miami. I would be pleasantly surprised if he made it further.

I dont think Nadal is done but he will need more time to get back to slam winning form. I see Djokovic sweeping the major clay events this year.

I think he is. Losing to Challenger level players like Rosol and Zeballos says it all. Even on clay he is done and dusted.

The ONLY guy who has won RG other than Rafa doesn't even have a chance that Ferrer and Monfils have, but then coming from you, it's not surprising

Sorry but he's older and didn't do very well on red clay in 2012. He would definitely be the massive favorite on blue gunk
Retrospectively, Monfils has gone off the radar a bit, Ferrer has done well on South American clay but is looking terrible in Europe so far. Delpo is very unpredictable. Fed only plays half the clay season, so I don't have the slightest clue what his form will be like but judging by his beginning of the season, I'm not holding my breath too much. At least I was right about Djoko :)
