I'd originally wanted Delpo to win so he could get his first M1000 title, but now that Nadal is through a Nadjo (?) final is hard to pass up.

Its going to be very easy for Nole, i mean Andy just self desctructed yesterday, nothing special from Pushtro.

Definitely. He badly needs a master title too. Looks weird to have a slam but not a master. Maybe that will give him extra motivation. Still, defeating Djoko is gonna be a tough ask (unless Djoko has a complete off day or the pope interferes lol).

Your right he needs a masters title to put on his cv. Had a very tough draw here still its possible.

Good volley from Delpo, his net game has definitely improved and he's more willing to come to the net.

Obviously because of Murray and his boring a** tennis.

Murray is just a lesser version of Djokovic, with similar playing styles. Only his serve is stronger but with Djokovic's return it's neutralised already.

Has Delpo ever smashed a racket?

Djokovic needs a nice comfy win so he can lay the smackdown on the bull.

Man, Novak's DTL BH is money, will prove the difference between win/loss v/s Ralph.

Delpo seriously needs to improve the BH now, he's just pushing them CC everytime, I haven't seen a single DTL BH from him.

Serve and FH of Delpo looking really strong. The difference in BH and ROS quality will be too big to overcome though.

Everyone in tennis knows this its why he struggles vs the top guys its too predictable.

He's not the only one, Murray had great deal of trouble changing direction yesterday. He was in CC battles with Delpo slicing his backhand for much of it. Its just Nole making this look easy, changing directions at will especially circa 2007-2008

Yes but Murray usually changes direction well del potro just wants to dominate the rally with power and takes less risk so hits cc most of the time.

Delpo has broken Nole only 3 times in their previous 3-4 matches, thats pretty pathetic return stat.

In Dubai Delpo broke twice, in WTF he broke twice, in USO he broke at least once, not sure about Cinci, in Olympics definitely at least twice.
