I see some responsibility on the side of Nike. They're the originator of such marketing material, so it's therefore their responsibility to make sure it's not leaked?

Well it's not leaking. People like Babolast get the catalogs ahead of time, as do people that sell Nike goods, and some of them scan the catalogs and upload them. So unless Nike punishes the people who originally upload the photos, I don't see what Nike can do (or why they even try to suppress the photos since they release the catalogs to the retailers in the first place.)

Not sure. You should ask TW. Last year, the black/grey/volt vapor 9s had a clay version released on TW in limited amounts.

that blue green vapor looks great! it reminds me of these 1.3s (which i bought at the time mainly of how it looked with white socks)

For starters, he didn't capitalize English.
However, to say you did anything good, is not grammatically correct. The adjective to use is almost always going to be well.
Examples: He is well spoken. He speaks well.
So, the correct sentence would be, "I am trying to help you speak English well."

Does anyone have a clear capture of what colorway the Berd man is wearing at Monte Carlo? They looked like the old gray/yellow but I couldn't get an exact view. Are they a new colorModel?

I honestly wouldn't do that. Personally, I don't have any issues with the durability of my V9's, but I know a lot of people on here complain they don't last. So why get a shoe that's meant for clay and use it on the hardest surface? Doesn't seem like a smart idea at all.
I personally don't have any issues with durability either. I like the color way and sometimes play on clay and sometimes on hard court. In need of a new shoe and was just wondering if I use them on a hard court, would I see some difference in traction and support.

They'll likely have a little more traction as the rubber used for the sole will be softer (i.e. it'll deform more and hold onto the surface better) but this will mean they'll wear out quicker too.
