Can I send this in already for replacement?
Wilson Ikon
Pic doesn't work, try using image shack or another image server/site.
This one is tough. There is no hole but outsole is completely worn out.Does it work now?
Can I send this for a replacement? (Wilson Ikon)

I might say "No" since I don't see any hole but that shoes is a little dangerous to continue to use. One time I almost twist my anckle with worn out shoes...

How long are left on the ikons?
I think they're done. I'm
sending them back. Don't think it's safe
to play in them anymore.
Superb shoes I have to say. I have more
than 15 pairs of different type of shoes and these
stood out (that explains me wearing them out first).
Let's see how Wilson honors their outsole warranty.
I meant how much time left on the warranty.
I just got my replacement shoe from adidas!
Sadly I asked for Murray's AO 2013 black/yellow shoes but got Murray's USO 2012 instead... not a bad pair of shoes but wished they honored my request...
but I did notice that they left another warranty card in the box! can I do the warranty again?
thanks!
Ok so I had a pair of Babolat PROPULSE 3 that is much much worse than these shoes above. Too bad I didn't take any pictures before I sent them out. The worn area is about 1-1.5 inches longer and wider. I can actually stick my finger through the hole but I was denied my 6 months warranty. It cost me $10.00 to ship the shoes and I also had to send $9.95 along with the shoes (still not sure what happened to my $9.95)
Here was an email I received back from Babolat. I also sent my shoes within 6 months period from the date of purchase. No more Babolat for me.
Product: PROPULSE 3 GREY/GREEN, SIZE 10.5
Dear Valued Customer,
We have recently received your product for warranty evaluation. After a thorough assessment, we have determined that your claim was not due to a manufacturer’s defect and we are returning the denied product to you. The reasons for denial are:
The warranty only covers 6 months from the purchase date.
Babolat is committed to the highest standards of quality. To qualify for the 6 Month Durability Warranty, the outsole must be completely worn through, to the extent that the insole is exposed through the bottom of the shoe, or the toe guard worn through, exposing a hole to the inside of the shoe within 6 months of purchase. Babolat reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine if the conditions of this warranty are met. We thank you for your purchase and for supporting Babolat.
Sincerely,
Babolat USA Warranty Department
That is surprising. I had no issues with Babolat (or Adidas, NB, Asics or Nike). A little odd the way they worded the rejection. Did you beat the 6 month deadline?
The Nikes I just sent in were less worn than those Barricades I posted pics of that you quoted. They were worn through to the the sole though, if only barely. Its usually not enough to wear just the tread off. You must wear completely through the exterior tread, and under the layer that is of similar material, regardless of color, and into the "cushion" part of the sole. The texture of the material you need to get to is different and softer than the outsole regardless of the shoe make.
I just reread before posting and you state you could stick your finger through! All I can think of is you somehow missed the 6 month cut-off? Did you include a dated receipt in the box? You didn't by any chance try to claim a 3rd pair off an already warrantied shoe did you? Too bad on the rejection...just don't understand it...would like to though.
It's been 2 months on hard courts for these B7's...these should be accepted, right?
Yes. You can claim your warranty.
Barricades need more toe protection and CB need more heel protection.
Maybe Adidas and nike should collaborate together to make half barricade and half CB then The shoes can be the most durable shoes in history hahaha.

How long did it take for the replacement pair? It's been about 3 weeks for me and nothing...
My CB 4.3's are ready for warranty. Toe is completely bald and there's about an inch long sliver of midsole showing. But the thing is- I've only had them for about a month. Will nike ask questions if I send them now? And also-- I bought them from the Miami tournament and I think I lost the guarantee card. Can I send them in without it? Thank you
Good luck with that... Although I heard there was a variant were they would give you a credit for buying other shoes, not sure. That is the wilson tour ikron, i got it for only $40 during the TW black friday sale,it is almost 6 months.Hope that they are going to sent me a rush pro.

They will send you a Rush Pro. I had the same Ikon bought at about the same time and already got a replacement.
How long does it take for them to replace it for you after you sent it in? Which color they sent you? can u request for color?

Above all stores, I prefer TW by a LONG mile!
Maybe I shouldn't even disclose this, but I've just got a replacement for my CB 4.3 after just one small bald spot on my right foot (to the site at the toes area, no big deal and certainly not completely bald, nor showing any midsole).
I shall never bother with Adidas and Nike directly (as I did in the past).
So you just sent them right back to TW? And can TW give you store credit?

yeah i thought tw stopped doing this a while ago... better ask and make sure lol
will these max cages be excepted i would wear them until they have a good hole but they have no tread left and are quite slippery
from what i read before on this thread nike accepts it when its down to the foam stuff which i belive this is

Sorry if this has been covered. Do both shoes have to be worn through or just one? My right shoe (Air Max Cage) is worn down to midsole and is dangerously slick, but my left still has little ways to go. Thanks
you don't need to have holes in both side of shoes. As long as midsole (form) is exposed, either side is okay to claim the warranty.
It be time again
Hmmm, seems like the 7s are holding up much better for you than the 6s did. Or are you playing much less?
