Sir Andrew of Roddick
Rookie
Looks like he's using the plus version. Lead tape at 3 and 9 visible.

How can you tell it's the plus?
According to Darren Cahill, who should know, it was about the $$$$.I dont know why he didn't switch to this racquet sooner.

Definitely working for him at W this yr.
When I first read that I thought you said "lead poisoning". :shock:I think that he uses exactly same stick as Nadal, but with different lead positioning.
he's still on tour?
Poor control....he looks like a nobody with that stick
He was hitting very cleanly against Gulbis with this stick today, he looks in good shape, I hope he goes deep. Aussie 2009 Semi with Nadal one of the best modern classic matches.
He is killing Murray on Wimbledon Centre Court with the new APD, he always had huge spin and power and now he is taking it to the next level.
4. Verdasco immediately is playing well with his Aeropro
No. Verdasco did not play well with aeropro immediatelty. He played horrible match with dogopolov at aegon but dolgopolov played worst game against him. That's why verdasco won the match.
Verdasco sprayed balls all over the places during the match. I thought babolat rackets were worst choice for him but probably he might try new set up.
Babolat should be his choice of racket now and He should take their offer!!!!
How long was he with Dunlop?
(I believe that Biomimetic tech was a backward step. I am ready to give up on my Maxx 200G, and go back to the AG3004D.)
No, it doesn't. That's like saying the Wilson Tour 90 is much better than any other racquet just because more Grand Slams have been won with it than any other racquet in the past 10 years. The APD may be better for Verdasco than his Dunlop, but the opposite may be true for someone else.Does this now Prove Once and for all, that Babolat is Much better than Dunlop. Oh and don't tell me it is all individual.

The lack of logic here is appallingDoes this now Prove Once and for all, that Babolat is Much better than Dunlop. Oh and don't tell me it is all individual.
The lack of logic here is appalling
Because one guy at one tournament gets to the quarters with his new racquet?
The only thing it proves is that in that particular tournament he was playing better than his particular opponents, which could have happened for a multitude of reasons.
Of course with this logic one could interpret that because Verdasco lost to Murray who plays with a Head, then Head is "Once and for all, Much better" than Babolat.
Courier said (paraphrase) on TV that Verdasco has a new babalot and he's looking better than ever because of it - crazy how such veterans of the sport can be so ignorant...
You don't need Courier nor anyone else to tell you that Verdasco played better at this Wimbledon than in the past couple of years at Slams. I mean he got to the quarters at Wimbledon this year which he has never done before. But who really knows that the ONLY reason was the racquet change? Besides, it doesn't mean that the Babolat is a better racquet universally. I mean, if Federer had been using a Babolat for the past 10 years, maybe he never wins a single Slam. You don't know.Courier said (paraphrase) on TV that Verdasco has a new babalot and he's looking better than ever because of it - crazy how such veterans of the sport can be so ignorant...
of course he could be playing better because of the racket. it just doesn't mean that Babolat is better than Dunlop brandwise
Yes it does
So when Verdasco with his Dunlop beat Nadal with his Babolat at the Madrid Masters on clay last year, did that prove that Dunlop is a better brand than Babolat?Yes it does
