It's not jersey, it's a knit. Soft and very stretch, the silhouette is very tight.

It seems as "light base grey" as Federer's shorts, and the Premier Rafa Jacket...

According to the catalog, the shorts are Base Grey as indicated in the description. They are definitely darker than the Fed shorts if held next to each other.

the dark polo ("night factor") is supposed to be for night matchs.
For day matchs he was supposed to wear the lighter "birch" one.

Maybe the birch color was not good with the short in the end - but was perfect with the grey AO11 shorts he wore in Brisbane 2 weeks ago - so they made a white one for a little bit more contrast (I really don't know, just trying to guess)...

I quite like the Federer polo that he wore at Brisbane - prefer it to the white one today.
As for the blue one - does the retail version have the different shade of blue for the sleeves ? Not keen on that..
Also, does anyone know if there are still doing cheaper version of Federer's top ? Without the RF logo and slightly different material ??
