It's not a slice. It's a topspin backhand imo - he just hit it near the top of the frame so the head has twisted around. His shoulder, torso and hip positioning are wrong for a slice backhand.

I think so too. There is no way a pro player would swing at a slice with that stance with that much force. It would either go right into the bottom of the net or float sky high and out.
