    Hi Mike,
    Unfortunately, there was no info about the string or tension when I bought it. I didn't hit with it myself so I can only estimate it was synthetic gut at 50lbs but that's just a hunch. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

    No problem. It has the writing on the strings. I will get get a magnifying glass and check the writing on the strings.
