Is it worth learning to string myself?

Well, if you were paying attention, you could have gotten the same price $22 in 2018 from TW. You could then called ******* and ************** and they would match the price offered by TW and stocked up even more Luxilon NG. That's what I did.

Is it worth learning to string myself?

Dude, you need to think before accusing someone of lying. My standard "professional" string is someone who strings for a local club and the club charges $25 for labor cost but pay the stringer only $12 and the stringer has to pay tax on that. Yes, they will do it for $12 if you pay in cash...

Is it worth learning to string myself?

The stringer will come to your house and string your racquet(s) if you have a large volume like 10+ racquets. I have 9 racquets, both my son & daughter also have 9 racquets each. When 10 of them need service, the stringer comes and restring the racquet so that it is worth his time. $12 of...

Is it worth learning to string myself?

I am coming to it from a different angle. Both my son and daughter know how to string quite well since they were 13 years old from a professional stringer but they don't do it on a regular basis because they know it is time consuming and that the ROI is not a whole lot. They can identify if...

Why are these ball machines so obscenely expensive?

I am sorry. I don't mean to berate you. It is just that many things are not made in the USA anymore. For example, Lobster tennis ball machine has the battery manufactured either in China, Vietnam, Thailand, etc... I had the lobster V Elite Grand a few years ago and the battery is made NOT in...

Why are these ball machines so obscenely expensive?

Not sure if you are still living in the 1950s, but there is no such thing as "made in america" anymore. Probably "assemble in America" is more like it. Proton is assembled in the USA but parts are made in China. Lobster (I owned one) is probably the same way.

10 best cities in the U.S for tennis

My favorite places: Winter time: Naples Florida, near Sanchez-Casal tennis academy where I can take lessons there; golf course Cocoa beach Florida, close to Orlando with access to lot college tennis players that I can hit with for a fee; golf course Bariloche Argentina (summer there between...

    How often do y'all restring?

I've stringed my Yonex VCore 98 with full bed Luxilon NG 17gage. Usually last about six months before I need to restring. don't lose much on the tension department.

Is it possible to go from a utr 5 to a utr 10.5 in 4 years

The point is that if you put a tennis racquet into the hand of athletes like Speith or Koepka, they will excel from UTR 0 to UTR 12+ in four years, may be less. Another great Aussie gofer, Adam Scott, 2013 Master champion, used to ace Anna Ivanevic when they played tennis back when they were...

Is it possible to go from a utr 5 to a utr 10.5 in 4 years

I am pretty sure if you take a 12 years old Jordan Spieth or Brooks Koepka and train them hard, they will go from UTR 0 to UTR 12+ in four years. Unfortunately, there aren't that many Jordan Spieth or Brooks Koepka around to begin with.

    Hydrogen Sports PROTON

this is the email I got from Jonah yesterday: "We’re getting ~20 out a week now, and it looks like you’re number is roughly 50 units away, so I’m hopeful you will see it within 3 weeks. Almost there!"

    Wake Tennis

You can also make the point that anybody can also play tennis. Golf does not require athletic ability, really? Anyone can play tennis; however, it is another matter to get to UTR 10+. Anyone can play golf; however, it is another matter to become a "scratch" golfer.

Why are these ball machines so obscenely expensive?

the remote control for the Proton on the iphone is included in the cost of the Proton, just like it is include in the cost of the Spinfire. Lobster and TT have a different pricing model. It does not mean the remote on the Spinfire is FREE.
