South Carolina just sent email out that they have cancelled all State Championships

And the lingering question, which schmke covered pretty well in a response, is what will they do about ratings for the folks that have only played 3 maybe four matches and may or may not finish their local season. There's no "benchmark" to figure into the equation but as schmke suggested they...

Due to the C-19, Southern cancelled Sectionals. http://www.southern.usta.com/Adults/leagues/section_championships_sites/ Our state just sent out a survey asking about local play and if comfortable playing at State. My main question is this...what about year end ratings? If only local Spring...

It's been exactly a month since the USTA National office put out the 31 May suspension. Has anyone heard from any "officials", whether it be local, state or Sectional, if they (USTA National) plans to (a) keep the 31 May date, (b) slide it to the right any, (c) keep the 31 May date AND...

Any further updates on your Local/State/Sectional play? Of course it's the Domino Effect...State and Sectionals are waiting to hear from Governor's office if CDC and DHEC allows the "gatherings" rule to be loosened for not only Local play but to have State tourney late in the Summer. Of course...

There have been threads recently asking if courts are open, if people are playing during this time and about USTA sending surveys out asking about returning to play. Just wanted to see if your State and/or Section have announced they will resume play AND have both the State and Sectional...

Yup. In fact my Town just opened three parks as "Phase One" of four. The phases are for the Rec Department's Facilities and Parks. In Town Council mtg tomorrow night they are voting on Phase Two, which includes opening the courts.

Good morning! I received an email from my Section (Southern) saying “USTA Southern and the states are reviewing the playing of sectional and state championships. Here is pic of the email. Anybody else receive it? If so...please fill it out and show your support for us to at least scrape...

...and if the USTA will base their Roll Out "options" based on the Phase Guidelines and when each state opens up accordingly.
