Dear 2019 - Adieu and thanks - Signed Canada.

Canada's random tennis success this year is about as shocking as the Raptors' crazy run out of nowhere. Bianca really setting the bar for how good Canadian tennis can get. The Bois better step it up ;)

    USO 19: R.Nadal [2] Vs D.Schwartzman [20]

Nadal's serve has not been super convincing so far but don't think Diego has the tools to trouble Rafa on the baseline. Imagine a pretty routine three sets for Rafa, or four sets if Diego gets hot and Rafa serves terribly in a game and sneaks a set that way.

    ATP Rogers Cup (Montreal)

Milos possibly on the verge of doing his usual annoying gate-keeping. Watch him win this in three sets and then retire the next round

    ATP Rogers Cup (Montreal)

Yikes on yikes for Shaps. Thiem has finally found someone younger AND more of a headcase than him

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

I don't think match-to-match performances have been anything to go off on for the last 10 years in terms of Fed's performance. Lately it seems like it's not a matter of "how" Federer gets to the final that determines his finals play, but "who" he beat to get there.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

Good point; Fed and Novak on the other hand seem to match up fairly evenly. all this to say, feel like Novak hasn't looked great all year outside the AO though whereas Fed seems to be getting better as the year goes on. Combined with the confidence he's feeling, I think Fed has a great chance.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

Honestly? I think Fed coild do this in four. I have a 2012-vibe about Wimbledon this year and Novak did not look super great against RBA or even someone like Hurkacz this tourny. Not to mention Fed is probably really, really fired up and riding high on confidence right now; he did just beat his...

Wimbledon 2019 SF: Roger Federer [2] vs Rafael Nadal [3]

Yessss! Great match overall, but man Fed gave Rafa way too many second chance rallies in the last game. Novak I feel has been way more solid mentally than Rafa lately, so I wouldn't put it past him to relish those opportunities if Fed gives it to him.

2019 Wimbledon R2: RAFA vs Kyrgoat

I'm super surprised NK not going for more underhanded serves. It would make Nadal more skeptical about his return position and keep him on edge. Right now Nadal can reasonably assume NK will do a normal overhead serve imo

2019 Wimbledon R2: RAFA vs Kyrgoat

I would normally say something like "oh this could go to five" but then realized that it's more probable that Nick will probably just melt away in the next two sets

Tsitsipas On Felix Auger-Aliassime : 'I Might Never Beat Him'

To be fair so did Felix, who had to win against Nick Kyrgios in three sets
  12. flyinghippos101

    Nick at it again..

It would be entertaining if not for the fact that NK is a grown-ass 24 -YEAR OLD MAN. He might have been able to get away with the worst of his antics as a teenager and as a 20/21 year old, when there was some prospect of him winning big titles and maturing, but he quickly approaching middle-age...

Poor Kyrgios... got destroyed again LOL!

Even worse: 18 year old FAA

The Ascent To The Throne Begins For Felix Auger Aliassime

Not only that, but he's doing a lot of winning for his first year. He's 25-13, which works out to 66% win percentage
