2020 Roland Garros SF: [5]Stefanos 'The Philosopher' Tsitsipas vs [1]Novak 'The Tournament Director' Djokovic

Fantastic match, Tsitsipas very much a champion in the making, just a bit early for him I reckon.

2020 Roland Garros Mens QF: Dominic Thiem [3] vs Diego Schwartzman [12]

What a match this is. Absolute fire, brilliant tennis.

ATP Cincinnati 2019 R64: Andy Murray vs Richard Gasquet

It's fascinating watching one of the best players of the modern era, but below his level as he tries to come back. Kinda makes you appreciate the pros' level even more.

    Yonex Ezone DR CLUB!!!!~~~!!!

I have played a little lower before, for sure. I keep my strings on longer than some of you serious tennis heads, and have found with the Luxilon it's on the 2nd or 3rd hit after the restring the racquet really starts to open up, then it stays there a while. I'm a fairly tall guy at 6'2 so have...

    Yonex Ezone DR CLUB!!!!~~~!!!

I've just moved to Luxilon ALU Power Rough, the 1.25, on a whim. Strung at 55/53 and I'm really happy with the control and spin I'm getting on it. Serves seem easily accurate as well. Others will of course disagree. I've tried a few strings, but this one's going well for me at the moment.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

You... you didn't read my post, did you.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

It's Henman Hill because of timing reasons, and the epic matches he played, but also because fans go there to hope, to support a local player and hope they win. That trying, that hope, is what the hill is for, not to honour past champions.

Ugh, oh... Nole is now 16 slams... whaddaya know

In terms of the tennis people like to see, if Djokovic's brand is the one that's winning, yeah, let's do that. Goalposts have been moved before.

If Novak beats the record, it will hit tennis as a sport, they should look at how to reward those attacking players more.

The 12-12 tiebreak - now that we've seen it, do we like it?

If they're going to do it, it should be first to 10 points. The match was so epic, had built to such a nailbiter, and a first to 7 tie break felt too inconsequential in the match as a whole. My number 1 choice would have been for them to keep playing with no tie break.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

He's the man, he's the standard. Honestly, with this late career resurgence it's not going a million miles too far to say he IS tennis now. What happens when he goes? What's the point for Nadal and Djokovic any more? Fed's the guy.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

I think Wimbledon 08 was an extraordinary match, but it was when Nadal then took him out on a hard court that it looked like an established pattern across the surfaces rather than a single extraordinary effort. The others you mention I'm sure hurt, but they are very much later in his career...

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

It is indeed his toughest loss, but luckily Federer is in a better place than his other toughest loss, which to me was AO 2009. He has a wonderful family, plays brilliantly even when most players would have retired years ago, he'll be OK.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

I hated the tie break, and not just because Djokovic won it. That was a really disappointing way to end the match, it should at least go to 10.

Wimbledon 2019 Final: Novak Djokovic [1] vs Roger Federer [2]

The fact that he's not going to do that is one of many reasons he's one of the greatest of all time and you're not.
