    May I ask what tension you use with regular head lynx? looking for a tension in my speed mp, want to go as low as possible for my arm. Thanks!

    I think a lot of higher level young players (I'm 50, a lot of people are young!) don't get too concerned about gear. My younger son who is 17 and plays at 5.0 seems not to care what string is in his racquet so long as I don't meddle with it too often. His current preferred set up is Confidential mains and Lynx Tour crosses at 52lbs. Not necessarily because it's the best hybrid but because it's what he's most used to!

    I would be inclined to just use whatever you like best rather than what a manufacturer's recommended string is for your level of play. Unfortunately, poly is like sinful temptation. It can be bad for you, but once you've experienced the delights of it, it's hard not to be drawn back to it!

    yeah! thanks for sharing your experience. I'll skip lynx tour then! better safe than sorry. totally agree that high level young players just focus on play, if it works, it works. did the same untill my elbow started to hurt. I'm gonna try regular lynx in a multi hybrid first to be sure of my arm and move on from to a fb with your tension suggestions!
