The Prince Phantom 93P is a gift to us from TW - My Review/AMA

yes true, never played with such an open string pattern, could it be a bit too extreme in the opposite direction with no control at all. maybe not if the head size is 93

thanks for your inputs! have always been tempted to try. demoed TT95 a while ago and the launch angle on that felt very high (which i liked). ended up not buying for some other reason which i can't recall anymore. but i believe this is a different proposition

hi, can i ask about the launch angle of the 18*20 version? higher or lower than say any of the new blades? thanks

A racket with the Blade's stability but more maneuverable?

i would agree that tc97 would work. depends on specs of course but it is possible to design what you are looking for. i use blade and tc 97 interchangeably and always think that they play similarly except tc97 a bit quicker through the air and more spinny (both 16*19) while both are equally...

i think it would be nice if some plain vanilla colours were on offer too. otherwise it's only a choice between a drug cartel and the milky way galaxy editions. pls don't discriminate against players who'd like to remain unnoticed on court I've blacked out the golden bits on my v3 but don't get...

blade is more stable and has a tighter string pattern, so more directional control but less spinny

interesting - i had the opposite thoughts since i started playing with the new blade - ra63 felt a bit too bendy and unstable compared to blade and thought ra70 could be better. but have decided to tinker around with my ra63 for a bit longer.

    2019 Wilson Blade

There should be some regulation put in place to ban more than one good racquet in any given two year period with appropriate quotas allocated to the various manufacturers. I thought i was settled on going with v7 because of the "collision with the ball". And now it starts all over again

The feel at impact is really great on the blade. I have tc97 310 6pts and it is as stable as blade but feels more boardy. Blade feels how tc97 would feel if i used one of the multi colour kids tennis balls. Some may not like it but I find it very nice. tc95 63ra 320 10pts is as flexible/soft at...

On this particular 'feel / flex / pocketing' aspect - what about the new blade - better / worse?

Thanks - I had not added anything at 7" but will do so now. By stability i mean that the racquet flutters and that is the case both when absorbing a quick ball and when trying create own pace on a slow ball.

Will i gain much more stability if i move the weights in the handle of my tc95 up as much as possible? Currently 320g, 10hl with the hybrid grip. I have a tc97 310g 6hl and that is stable. If i were to match that weight and balance would i get anywhere near the stability of tc97? (Tried adding...

What grip are you using? Babolat Skin Feel replacement grip will reduce the grip size significantly compared to a [standard] grip. I had Angell's hybrid grip on my A shaped 5 size grip which was too big. I then replaced it with Babolat Skin Feel and it felt too small. Now with Karakal it is just...
