    @vanioMan, I agree that the pace was pretty fast compared to previous seasons. Every major event was pretty rushed and the episodes before the finale with Gene were kind of filler. I wish they could've done more with the last 4 episodes.

    Just finished S5 of BCS. What an amazing show. I even like it more than BB.

    Yeah, it's definitely brilliantly written. Less action than in BB, but the characters and the complex writing more than make up for it. I hope the final season will release this year.

    Having less action is probably why it's underrated by many people. Those same people probably loved BB for the action more than the complexity of the writing or of its characters. But honestly, BCS beats BB in many ways.

    The action is less, but it seems more realistic. Whilst BB has a lot of scenes with explosions and shootouts, I found some of the scenes in BCS far more brutal (Chuck's down spiral/death, Gus suffocating that guy, Gus preventing Hector's recovery, Ziegler's death - that was so hard to watch). We also got new characters which are amazing (Jimmy, Kim, Nacho, Lalo) and a great backstory on the already known ones.

    Absolutely. Not a single character in BCS is annoying, while Skyler seems to be disliked by many in BB.

    Speaking of brutal, remember what Jimmy did to those street punks who stole the money he made off selling those phones. Yikes.
